"Ik had niet kunnen vragen om een perfecte plek voor onze Tulum strandgateway! Een mooie strandkabine met prachtige privacy, stappen van Tulum Beach, met zijn eigen privé strandzone. De kamers zijn prachtig, minimalist in stijl, maar super klassiek, en zo'n comfortabel bed!! Diligent kamerservice houdt alles elke dag zonder spot, met vers water en handdoeken service. En u heeft alle voorzieningen van het Hotel Panamera aan de deur als u wilt worden gepanperd bij hun restaurant en strand drinkservice! Het eten was spectaculair en de service was ongeparallel. Dank u Juan, Alberto en Armando voor uw speciale zorg... en natuurlijk het strand... perfect voor eindeloze strandwandelingen, springen de golven, of gewoon ontspannen met een koele drank en kijken de golven in eindeloos rollen. Kan niet wachten om terug te komen naar Tuup / Panama!"

"Very nice small hotel at the start of the beach street. Can grab a taxi from centro to get there for about 300mxn. If you dont mind walking then its easy to just walk along the tulum beach street to reach any restaurant or beach club. The room was very nice with an outdoor shower and bath although the wooden floor there was rusty with nails pointing out which was as dangerous so that has to be fixed. Reception was very helpful and even gave us recommendations for restaurants and events for the night. They have their own beach access and loungers so its very convenient as its right on the beach. Breakfast was advertised and its a light yoghurt with little bit of granola and fruits with filter coffee and juice and two pieces of toast for two people. Breakfast has room for improvement in my opinion. Overall good experience for the price. No coffee machine in the room although it is shown in the listing images, usually hotels include those for free. There was some camping right next to the hotel which seemed weird, not sure what that was as it also had access to the hotel through stairs connected to the hotel."

"We recently stayed at Radhoo Hotel in Tulum and were so impressed by the overall experience. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with a true jungle getaway feel. Our room was spacious and well-presented, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt carefully designed to promote relaxation. The pool area was a highlight — well maintained, inviting, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. What really set Radhoo apart, however, was the exceptional service from the team. Nothing was too much trouble, and every request was handled with genuine care. A special mention goes to Liz on reception, who was absolutely outstanding. She organised dinner reservations, booked beach clubs, arranged transfers, and even helped with car hire. Her professionalism was matched by her warm, friendly manner — truly one of the most accommodating people I’ve met in hospitality. During our stay, the atmosphere was very calm and quiet, which we enjoyed and believe is exactly the energy the hotel aims to create. It’s located further down from the main area, so if you’re seeking peace and relaxation, this is ideal. If you prefer a livelier, party vibe, it may be a little too quiet for you. The only small downside was some unclear information on additional fees through a third-party booking site. This was quickly resolved by the hotel team, and it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. In short, Radhoo is perfect for those wanting a serene Tulum escape, with personalised service that truly makes you feel looked after. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful for the wonderful hospitality."
