"Een viersterrenhotel dat slechts drie sterren waard is. Gelegen in the middle of nowhere. De weg ernaartoe zit vol kuilen. Er is maar één restaurant met middelmatige buffetten. Geen winkels in de buurt. Een auto is essentieel. Geen parasols op het strand. Het hotel ligt aan het strand, wat het enige positieve punt is. De kamer was comfortabel, maar de badkamer was klein voor twee personen."

"Ik vond het heel erg leuk om in een huisdierenvriendelijk hotel te blijven, met niet alleen een geweldig restaurant beneden, maar met een geweldig personeel, altijd lachend en super helpend. Er zijn twee zwembaden en veel fo training, zoals de brouwerij tour, de nacht shows in het restaurant en meer. Als gast krijg je onbeperkt bier door je verblijf, wat geweldig is. Hier is het geliefd."

"Excellent room and surroundings. The balcony is spacious and directly facing a sunset. There are two restraunts and two public pools for amenities. Great staff, great food, great facility. The hotel is bigger than it looks. Good price overall, though the beech might be a little far for people who didnt rent bikes/cars."

"The hotel is beautiful and overall pleasant, but it left mixed impressions. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the property. However, we later discovered that the cenote was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was under reconstruction, and this had not been communicated in advance. Construction started around 7:30 a.m. and continued throughout the day. The noise in the morning was not too disruptive, but during the day, when the main work was happening, it became quite loud and dusty around the pool area. Workers were constantly passing by, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The floor in our room was sticky upon check-in, and on one of the days, the cleaner left dirty towels on the floor. The location is good if you are looking for a quiet and remote place. We woke up to the sounds of birds and saw lizards around the property, which was lovely. However, it also means that you need transportation to get anywhere, as there is little infrastructure nearby. For us, this was not an issue we actually enjoyed the seclusion. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a boho style and looks stunning. Despite the drawbacks, I would still consider coming back one day."

"Mijn partner en ik hebben drie dagen/nachten bij Dune doorgebracht en het absoluut geliefd. Onze kamer was simpel en gezellig en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Het bed was zeer comfortabel. En Dune is goed gelegen op straat van een beetje marteling als we iets nodig hadden. Abraham nam ons in en hielp ons met wat we nodig hadden. Hij gaf ons een grote input toen we vroegen om wat pootaardappelen te checken en hij hielp ons het vervoer te organiseren. De andere mooie personeel was zeer vriendelijk en opmerkzaam. Het complimentaire ontbijt was heerlijk en een perfecte manier om de dag te beginnen. De hele plek was zo ontspannen. De locatie is ook geweldig, omdat we in de avond kunnen wandelen naar de straat om ergens te gaan eten."

The rooms are clean, restaurant has delicious food and the best cocktails! The surroundings heavenly… And most importantly: the best staff! From the moment we walked in we felt like celebrities. They took care of all our needs with sincerity and kindness, they made our stay super special. Highly recommend!"
