First of all we were never informed that reservations needed to be made to eat dinner at any of the restaurants

The property was beautiful. But it stops there. The food was average at best. The service was inconsistent. And the room had issues. Ceiling leak, A/C that didn't work properly, and shower water was never hot. No matter how many times we asked the front desk, problems were never fixed. They also have strange rules about the kids play place where you're not allowed to watch them play. You have leave. Very weird. It was fun but too many issues, definitely won't be going back.

Had a great experience with a group of 10. The reservation process to book activities and restaurants can be frustrating but overall great resort. I would book again.

Very beautiful resort. Staff were helpful. Sometimes the shuttles from the casas to the main lobby took really long to come though. Also, i would suggest having a microwave available maybe in the lobby for guests to be able to use to rewarm up food.

This property was stunning! The architecture was beautiful and decorated very beautifully. We never waited long for the golf carts to come get us. The food and drinks were also really good! Although the beach on the property wasn’t the best to get in and swim in it was still very beautiful to see. If we ever go back to Tulum we will most definitely stay here again!

The property was stunning, rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was pretty good. We had an overall great time and enjoyed our stay.
I took a star off because it was a bit hard to get on shuttles to get around at times. And the check-out time was supposed to be noon according to our booking but we had a cleaning lady bang on our door at 10am telling us it's time to check out (maybe there was some miscommunication?). Our room also had a connecting door to the room next to us and from that door we could hear children yelling and screaming. It was pretty loud.

The property is beautiful and the staff was very nice. The food was mediocre and the lobby had continued crowded events for children. The transportation recommended by Hilton was onsite, but was very expensive. I was disappointed with Hilton with this all inclusive property.

Lots of great a la carte dining options and 24 hour cafe was also a perk. The Kids Corner (kids club) was excellent. Very family-friendly resort with lots of fun options and entertainment for kids. My kids (9y/o and 4y/o) loved it.
The beach area was nice but fairly rocky. Pack water shoes. It's a large property so you will need to take the shuttle from place to place.
