After returning to the room, I took the initiative to call and said that I wanted to change the room. Later, I changed from the city view to the mountain view... I thought I could sleep well the next day. The driveway of the mountain view was so noisy, because the first time I lived in the city view was very quiet... The crib was really not noisy, but the driveway outside was really noisy. This is an experience to spend money. Comfortable stay there, house keeping staff was accommodating and often helped to tidy up. Front desk staff helped us to microwave food when asked. Unfortunately there was a baby cockroach running around on one of the days in the middle of the night but the front desk staff came to help us catch it. Sadly gym still not open due to covid

Arrived early morning on ***** New Year's Day. Front desk staff Mr. Li was very helpful and courteous. He told me to proceed to 15th floor gym lounge to relax from my cross Pacific long haul flight and to help myself with the free coffee there. It was a much needed break from a long journey started from NYC. I found the hotel room is very attractive and nicely decorated and designed. My rate didn't include the breakfast so no comment on that. The hotel is a short walk from Taipei's MRT Brown line station. Due to the New Year Day celebration, nearly all shops in the area were closed for the holidays. But one still can easily get most necessities from the nearby 7-11 store. Overall, it's a nice short stay at FX Hotel.

Great location and a very convenient hotel to visit within Taipei. Close to Taipei 1O1 as well. Overall hotel was clean and staff was very courteous and supportive. Had a separate vegetarian menu which was a plus for us. Overall facilities in terms children activities could be added. We definitely stay again at the hotel during the next visit

My friend and I booked this hotel for a quick catch-up in Taipei, after reading all the good reviews here we decided to go with Hotel Cozzi for its affordable rates and convenient location. Unfortunately due to the ongoing pandemic back in February, I was forced to cancel my trip but my friend went ahead and stay anyways. The twin bedroom is very spacious as you can see, and she only has good things to say about this hotel. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to the metro station so it was easy to get around. The hotel was really thoughtful for providing masks for my friend during her stay as well, prioritising their travellers safety during this sensitive period of time. Will definitely book with them the next time I come travel to Taipei!

I had a good impression when I stayed about 4 years ago, so I revisited. It was a little disappointing that the room was not of the same quality as before, probably due to the difference in room plans. The part where the shower head was placed was broken and it was difficult to fix and use. There was no inconvenience because it was a room without windows, but the curtains were not maintained and it was a little sloppy. The location is on the main street, and the bus stop is nearby, so it was convenient for us. There is also a cafe nearby so you won't be lonely. (Mr. Brown, Starbucks, etc.)

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights as required by the ”3+4” quarantine rules. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious but t the service is inconsistent. The first 3-4 days were great but it declined quickly after that. I paid in full for the room and meals two weeks before I arrived in Taiwan. However, they messed up my check out date and I had to call in the last 2 days for the quarantine meals to be delivered to my room. They also do not offer instant coffee or coffee machine in the room. Taipei has many good boutique hotels but they opted not to be quarantine hotels, so I only had limited quarantine hotel choices during my quarantine period. Otherwise, I would not have chosen this hotel.

Trip with my mum and sister. It’s nice and cozy hotel! Near to bus station and also MRT/metro station! It’s convenient almost for everything! There’s lots of delicious food and restaurants around as well! Staff are very helpful and friendly as well! Will come back again if I visit Taipei ! Thank you! We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the beginning of our trip and stayed 2 more nights at the end of our trip. The hotel was clean and had friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. All in all very cost-effective. Good location, only 5 minutes from the subway. We were lucky that the room was on the 6/8 floor facing the main street. When we were in Taiwan, they helped us keep our luggage and arranged a taxi for us. It is very convenient to take the subway tour in Taipei buy a convenience card. Attractions: Sure recommend Taipei 101, Chiang Kai-shek Monument, boat trips to Macau and tea rooms, and trips to Tsim Sha Tsui. Elsewhere on the island, the Tailu Pavilion has great canyons and rivers and the Jiuwan Tunnel is not to be missed); the public transportation system is very convenient. The trains on the island are very efficient.

Booked 3-person room but wasn’t happy with the condition. Requested to check out immediately since no bed was allowed to be added, and were told that all the 4-person room was sold out. Taipei was our last stop so we wanted a good ending and we needed a room for three nights stay. Spoke to the FO manager who reluctantly but finally offered an one bedroom suite. The room was spacious and bright. We were happy and appreciative initially but their beds and couches were believed to be full of dust mite. We were suffering from severe insect bites, esp our 4 years old son (whom photos can be provided later). Quite a disappointment despite the hotel was newly refurbished and centrally located. The hot spring is only open for 16 years old and above so the hotel isn’t family oriented.
