I chose a room with separate bath. The bath is not a Western-style bath that you can lie in. It’s square shaped and about four feet wide and long. You can sit in it, but you can’t recline in it if this is something you’re looking for. The hotel offers an outstanding breakfast at the Tavernist. Breakfast here is easily more delicious than at more expensive hotels. Even the coffee was great. Breakfast is a la carte rather than buffet but the servings are perhaps even excessively generous. The hotel location is also very good. I wasn’t that familiar with Taipei when I booked but the location turned out to be convenient. It’s a few minutes walk to Zhongxiao Fuxing station, which can take travelers to a few tourist spots, and about a twenty minute walk to Huashan Creative Park. There are Japanese-style department stores with restaurants in the basements and upper floors in addition to local cafes and restaurants.

Booked 3-person room but wasn’t happy with the condition. Requested to check out immediately since no bed was allowed to be added, and were told that all the 4-person room was sold out. Taipei was our last stop so we wanted a good ending and we needed a room for three nights stay. Spoke to the FO manager who reluctantly but finally offered an one bedroom suite. The room was spacious and bright. We were happy and appreciative initially but their beds and couches were believed to be full of dust mite. We were suffering from severe insect bites, esp our 4 years old son (whom photos can be provided later). Quite a disappointment despite the hotel was newly refurbished and centrally located. The hot spring is only open for 16 years old and above so the hotel isn’t family oriented.

Positives: - The team's service and attitude are consistently professional and courteous throughout my entire stay. Everyone was professional. No one came across rude, impatient, or defensive. They thanked me for choosing them and also took responsibility/ownership on things they did not do right the first time. - They took notes on things you said and requested with immediate response or within 24 hours if needed more time. - They practiced active listening, asked clarification questions to ensure what I needed/requested. - Excellent breakfast, full of variety. They kept standard items standard by providing them daily but also added some variety by changing 3-5 dishes. All foods are fresh and prepared on site. - Housekeeping service had great attitude and was efficient in cleaning throughout the entire stay. - They have an elevator. Most hotels in Taiwan have elevators. - They are happy to help moving your luggage upon request. - Excellent hot shower temperature and pressure - Amenities provided in the room is abundant with good quality - They are trustworthy in honoring pre-agreed upon check-in requirements. Before booking this hotel, I asked about the check-in requirements and what I felt comfortable providing and what not. They agreed and executed accordingly. I appreciate how their words and actions are consistent, which is very different from some hotels (Best Western always acted inconsistently, Marriott, Hilton, and IHG hotels are spotty, some are good, and some are bad) in the US and Canada where they said/agreed one things and acted differently when I arrived at the front desk for check-in. Hotel services in Taiwan are generally much better in terms of service attitude and honoring their words. - Effective expectation management and communication - When raising issues, they took it with positive attitude: they always first owned it by providing a sincere apology, tried to solve it immediately. If they couldn't solve it right away, they asked for more time and provided a timeframe on when it would be solved. Throughout my stay, 50% of issues were solved immediately, and 50% were solved within 12 to 24 hours. No issues remained unresolved. - Common areas are always very clean and organized. Negatives: - Not always have people at the front desk to help open the heavy doors. Better to change it to auto-sliding doors. - The elevator carpet is gross and dirty: time to change it. There was a hair hidden underneath the hand towel on first day - raised the issue and they fixed it the next morning. Although the hotel is far from the city, everything about the hotel itself is amazing. Book this place to get away from the craziness of downtown, but be sure to leave from here more than 4 hours to get to the airport if you're driving. It can be troublesome. I’ll return here again because I enjoy the ease and air of the room. It fits~ Both Double and King rooms are nice and the Internet is blazing fast in case you need to stream or hold online meetings.

The hotel was almost walking distance to tourist attractions, shopping malls and even night markets. The services of the hotel staffs especially the front desk reception were attentive and courteous. You can even do your own laundry free with detergents provided at the hotel laundry room. We enjoyed our stay very much with our rooms view of Taipei 101. Mrt and bus station were just beside use hotel. Big improvement since my last stay before covid-19. Keep it up. Will be back again.

This is the third time I have stayed at Jiamei, and the quality of service is still maintained. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable to sleep, and the pillows are not hard,-I feel that it is dawn, only-a small episode. It will be repaired in half an hour without affecting the accommodation. Most of the staff were ok, but would not interact or or help much; probably due to the amount of workload. The rooms were decent to good. Price was average to high, but also due to holiday period. One biggest unpleasantness was during check-out, with a crowded lobby and staff seemingly very eager for me to leave immediately after return of room card. No chance of leaving any baggage till later part of the day, and I got spot-checked and shooed immediately by the guard when I put down my bag to take my belongings, the moment I stepped out of the hotel entrance. The check-out experience and overcrowding during full occupancy, was unpleasant for a probably ok hotel.

When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures. The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold. The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room. We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient. Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.

Good hotel with reasonable pricing. Great location - very near the metro - and a green park just across from it. Our room had a nice view of the park. There are restaurants, great cafes, and convenience stores nearby, including the famous xiao long bao restaurant Kao Chi. Yong Kang area is nearby with lots of boutique shops and interesting restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a complimentary afternoon snack everyday. We stayed here 2x during our trip to Taipei, before and after a business conference that we attended at another hotel.
