"I reserved this place for my son's tournament. I stayed well for 2 nights without any inconvenience. However, the table and refrigerator here were too small, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it wasn't a big problem. Some other hotels made loud noises with heaters and microwaves, but this place had a microwave inside the storage, so I could use it quietly while my son was sleeping, and the heater noise was not loud. The front and housekeeper staff were generally friendly and the ice machine worked well. Also, it was nice to have a drinking fountain on the main floor and the swimming pool."

"Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least."

"The team was so kind. And my stay was short but great. My room didn't initially have lotion so I called front desk and they were up in a few mins with 3 little bottles. I've stayed here once before. It's very convenient (which you pay for) and I would defs stay again,"

"The place was really clean and very quiet and peaceful. The sheets smelled fresh and the toilet was clean as well. They even had free shampoo. Did not use their facilities nor their service, but their staff were really friendly. The breakfast spread was quite small, but it was enough. Located very near the Banff train station, which made travelling a lot easier. Overall a really pleasant stay!"

"Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn’t seem very welcoming. Their expression and tone gave the impression that they were not interested in helping guests. Overall, everything was great. The room was clean, the facilities were nice, and the stay was comfortable."
