4-Starhotels in Benidorm

The Gastrohotel RH in Benidorm exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location of this hotel is stunning right at the top of the old town offering exquisite views of the bay. Breakfast was exceptional with all produce fresh and made to order. Please note that there are no parking facilities at this hotel if you are driving. We parked at the nearby Mercadona and asked reception who let us know that they have an agreement with that car park and we were able to park our vehicle there for €15 per night. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm Spain .

Need to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms. That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

Alles erg nieuw. Wat ik het leukste vond, is dat er zelfs in de lift airconditioning was en dat werd gewaardeerd als het warm was.

Loved this hotel, prefect location for our 5 night getaway. Great clean hotel with lovely staff would definitely return !

I can't express enough how lovely the staff was, perfect location and very clean. The receptionist was amazing I can't thank him enough his name was Jefe and what a super star he helped me soo much I need to go back and give him a gift, he should get a raise with everything he does. What an amazing man thank you so much.

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and strip without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

Loved this hotel it was so clean, staff were very friendly and exceptional service. I would definetly reccomend it. The restaurant was immaculate, food delicious and staff very friendly. There were lots of entertainment, restaurants and markets nearby.

De kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien en van gemiddelde grootte. Het ontbijt was goed en de service bij de receptie was zeer goed. Iets verder van het strand, maar dichtbij het park en de oude stad. Over het algemeen voel ik me best goed!

The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.

De locatie als je op zoek bent naar het strand en de rust is perfect, maar als je op zoek bent naar het lawaai van het feest enzovoort, dan hebben we het al over ongeveer 3 km van het hotel. Het enige nadeel dat ik zou noemen, is het eten, weinig variatie voor een viersterrenhotel. Natuurlijk, het spectaculaire uitzicht en de panoramische lift! Pdt: verbeter alstublieft de kwestie van voedsel; Profiteer ook van die tafels waar je meer variatie aan eten moet zetten en niet hetzelfde eten aan elke kant van het buffet moet herhalen.
