Zeer goed hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel! Ideale ligging om heel Benidorm te ontdekken. De kamers waren niet volledig geluidsdicht, waardoor je vooral overdag de voorzieningen van andere kamers en het geluid op de gang hoort. Al bij al zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, just was not soundproof and got a lot of sound from below and also the reception area and street at all hours.

Very central right next to the Castle viewing area with fantastic views of Benidorm. Fabulous roof top bar and even a small spar pool with a vista out to sea.

Wouldn't consider anywhere else in Benidorm having stayed in this lovely hotel. From our arrival to our departure the staff were professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. All food is freshly cooked by a highly competent chef. Breakfasts couldn't be better for the choice of food and the service (thanks Camilo and gang). Excellent location that looks right out to a picturesque view of the sea. 10/10. Thanks to all the staff there for a memorable and relaxing holiday.

I would like to thank your staff for their friendly service during my stay. The breakfast was particularly good, and the staff made my visit enjoyable. However, I noticed that the pillows in the room were not comfortable, affecting my sleep negatively. Additionally, the fragrance in the lobby was too strong. I hope you can review both the quality of the pillows and the intensity of the fragrance, providing better options for future guests. On a positive note, I want to emphasize the excellent location, especially for those without a car.

great location but don’t bring a car as no parking and cnearby car parking is expensive but lovely central position to everything but was a bit noisy during the night

This hotel was a great choice for Benidorm. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Views from the rooftop stunning. The location was perfect. I couldn’t fault the place. Five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very modern but traditional. In a quiet peaceful area of the Old Town.
Stayed 1 night only as I was meeting my daughter next day to move a bit further round the coast. Only thing I missed was a balcony but I did have a bit of a sea view. Would stay again for an overnight stay.
