After surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. We’d booked a Large room for our first Valentine’s weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between ”industrial-chic” and ”actually comfortable.” The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. It’s a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who aren’t quite ready to share that much with their partner, it’s easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TV’s screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze. The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience. If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - I’m convinced there’s a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - I’ll take five!) We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

Over het algemeen is alles goed. De minibar is gratis, wat geweldig is. Ik was echter niet tevreden toen ik bij het hotel aankwam, maar er was niemand bij de receptie en niemand nam de telefoon op. We hebben minutenlang door het hotel gelopen op zoek naar personeel dat ons kon helpen. Uiteindelijk verscheen de receptionist, die alleen maar naar het uitzicht buiten keek zonder uniform en ons niet opmerkte. (We dachten dat hij net als wij een bezoeker was.)

This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (there’s a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs. The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day. All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust, met een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Het bed was ongelooflijk comfortabel, waardoor ik gemakkelijk een goede nachtrust kon hebben. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en stond altijd klaar om me te helpen met alles wat ik nodig had. Al met al was het een aangenaam en zorgeloos verblijf. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar comfort, gemak en uitstekende service voor een redelijke prijs.

It woow experience The hotel was perfect choice for me and my family and all facilities were of high quality. The transportation rt was easy to reach to and from center. I recommend to stay here as prices were reasonable.

We paid for 4 people in 1 room, there always wasn’t enough slippers for all of us. The conditioner and shower/shampoo bottles fell off during our shower and almost hit us. The charging outlets were not functioning. Terrible.

Slechts 20 minuten met de tram vanaf Zürich HB. We kwamen een uur te vroeg aan en mochten eerder inchecken, aangezien de kamer net was schoongemaakt. De Business Room was groter dan verwacht en zeer modern. De bagageopslag na het uitchecken was erg handig. De klantenservice was uitstekend. Er had graag een waterkoker op de kamer gestaan.

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Zürich HB train station. However, if you are traveling with heavy luggage, it may take around 10 minutes as you need to avoid routes with stairs. The hotel does not include breakfast, and laundry service is available but requires an extra fee. The room itself was spacious, which was acceptable and comfortable enough. One downside of my stay was the room key issue. I booked three nights, but every single day I had to go down to the front desk to have my key card reactivated. After a long day out, this was quite frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the repeated key card problem really affected my experience.

Let’s start with the good things. The apartment was clean and spacious and so was the bathroom. Well equipped with the kitchen and appliances. But unfortunately our stay was not comfortable. We were travelling as a family so we booked two studio apartments but the apartments were at two very different floors. The room was really really hot with no air conditioning. They did provide a fan which was not good at all. We requested for an extra fan but they didn’t provide that and because of heat we couldn’t sleep at all. They do have a parking but one needs to pay extra for the parking which is quite expensive. We paid 80 euros for 3 days but even then sometimes our parking spot was taken by the others. Even after paying this much amount, one is always under stress because of your spot is taken by someone else and you’ve parked somewhere else then there’s a possibility of getting your car towed away. We had to make multiple calls to the service office as they don’t have any service counter. One needs to make calls(not cost effective at all) or communicate through the email to get in touch with them which is very inconvenient. Also they didn’t offer cleaning services even once during our stay. Also they don’t have any house shoes in the apartment. So if you have any other option then please go for it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there especially in summer months.
