It was a great stay and everything goes to Daniel for letting me enjoy my stay. Each time I enter or leave the hotel, he was the first one to come and talk to me with a smily face making sure I am enjoying my stay, he took care of everything, whenever I order something he delivers to my room, he was there carrying my shopping bags, helping me with everything, opens the door for me, ordering taxi and everything. If there is one reason why I would come back to this hotel, it is all because of Daniel. Thanks a lot mate it was a pleasure

The hotel is not big, but there is a kitchenette, which is especially suitable for European parent-child travel. Breakfast at the breakfast shop on the corner downstairs is also cheap and good. For the hotel, the overall feeling is very good, easy to travel, bus stations, subway stations, supermarkets, McDonald's, shopping malls are nearby, in general, supporting facilities are complete. Worth living here.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in . From the first moment we arrived till we checked out service unreal . We arrived very early and our room was ready the girls on reception are so efficient and always smiling and always say hello and are there to help with anything we asked. The breakfast was out of this world and again it’s the staff who make it such a joy . Food tasted unreal . There is nothing that anyone could fault about this hotel . Tony on the door so good with people . A special mention to MOHAMOUD he was so efficient and couldn’t do enough for us . He was always smiling and we noticed he was watching his guests all the time to help them with bags or door etc . He will go far in the company . We already booked to come back next year . Walking through The fabulously restored Georgian facade of the ‘Mayfair Townhouse’ guests are transported back to the grand era of Edwardian hotel service, mixed with a dash of Art Deco style, stirred with 21st century luxury, resulting in a memorable cocktail of experiences. The Iconic Hotel group should be applauded for opening this ground breaking hotel despite the challenges of the past year. Staff are exceptional, clearly hand-picked to create a welcoming, casual, yet ultimately professional atmosphere where guests instantly feel at home and yet realise from the outset that they are in for a special treat during their stay. We were greeted by Mitchum and Barbara who introduced us to the facilities of the hotel and invited us to have a drink in the exquisite Dandy Bar whilst we waited for our room to be ready. We can highly recommend the artichoke croquettes, and arincini balls as a stunning appetiser to accompany The Dandy, cocktail itself. On arrival to our room (414) itself, we were equally impressed with space, natural light, furnishings, decor and exquisite detailing. Large sash Windows, dressed with beautiful fabrics continued the Art Deco styling through a contemporary and sleek interpretation. Even the generous bathroom had a sash window and subtle luxuries such as a heated wall for towels. The highlight of the stay however has to go to the sumptuous bedding, towels and dressing gowns - exceptional quality, making for a perfect nights sleep. Next morning, the breakfast again maintained the high standards, with the quality of produce matching the expectations set by the bedding. There were a few hiccups with staff getting used to service procedures as it was still the hotels first week, however nothing that won’t be ironed out. My only slight disappointment was around the highly hyped complimentary minibar including ‘Dandy Tipples’ which included numerous quality mixers but no actual alcohol to mix with them. Either reduce the hype and expectations or leave a gin to mix with the fabulous tonics. Overall a wonderful and memorable stay, and a welcome reprieve from the realities of the past months. It is tragic that the hotel will be restricted by further Tier 3 restrictions after only 2 weeks in operation, but i am sure their resolve and professionalism will still be there next year and I highly recommend a visit to experience the Mayfair Townhouse before everyone discovers its delights and you can’t get a room.

On arrival the check in desk was extremely busy however they were really quick! We were over an hour early and as the rooms were ready they gave us the keys straight away! Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. Location was perfect!!! And a 2 minute walk to the dominion theatre to see sister act!! Rooms are small but they had everything we needed for a weekend break. Shower was powerful with plenty of heat. Only criticism is there was no cups to put ice in by the machines and tv channels weren’t the best as they kept buffering. Will definitely stay here again .

The Edison is as good as ever and of such quality. Hotels in London are too expensive, so I booked the cheapest room type. On the downside, there is no view from the window. This hotel has a great feeling, the entrance is very beautiful, but there are many bars around at night, it would be scary to walk on foot. The toiletries are still specially customized by le labo. In the morning, the downstairs smells like coffee, and when you come back at night, it smells like le labo the noir, which is very comfortable. The room is fully equipped, the toilet is fully surrounded by rain, and there is mineral water. The light switch is also very delicate.

Amazing experience What really seperated this hotel from others I have stayed at is the staff and level of attention they provided. Their concierge are on point! I highly recommend this property and if you do decide to stay make sure you connect with Mark the concierge as he treats every guest as an ultra VIP

Nothing to say, the location service is superb. Absolutely A spot, the only drawback is that there are fewer places to eat around. But it is walking distance from Buckingham Palace Hyde Park.

Fantastic hotel overlooking Hyde Park Corner. Great service and everything you want/need in a London hotel. We used the 25 m pool and there was only one other person using it at the same time as us. We felt the whole stay was one of our better ones in London.

We stayed at the Marriott County Hall just before the Easter weekend and had the most amazing stay! The hotel was perfect for us, it was clean, in a great location and staff were so so helpful! Every member of staff we spoke to made us feel so welcome. The bedrooms are well designed with plenty of space. The bathroom was perfect and we really liked the Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom. We loved every minute of our stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more! I really hope to return again in the future!!
