"Great hotel , great rates and location, we fully enjoyed our stay and would definitely look at staying again"

"カリフォルニアディズニーのために利用しました。 ロケーションがとても良く、ディズニーまで徒歩10分〜15分なので0時までディズニーに滞在しても同じようにホテルに戻る人がたくさんいたので安心感がありました。 タオルも毎日交換され、コーヒーの補充やバスタブの髪の毛なども回収されており、その辺は良かったです。 ただ、シャワーの使い方にコツが入ります！ まず蛇口から水を出すのに温度調節のレバーを引っ張り出す必要があります！レバーを回すだけでは水は出ません！かなり力を必要とするので、濡れた手や石鹸のついた手では滑るので気をつけてください！ レバーを引き出したら下の蛇口から水が出るので、蛇口の上部分のつまみを引っ張り上げるとシャワーに切り替わります。温度調節はレバーを回してできますが、回しすぎると冷水に戻ったりするので調整してください。 また、シャワールームにゴキブリが1匹出ました。 シャワーの使い方もわからず、ゴキブリも退治できなかったのでフロントに電話して対応してもらいました。 メンテナンスを向かわすと言って、15分ほどしても誰も来なかったので結局フロントまで呼びに行きました。 フロントの人はすぐにメンテナンスに連絡入れてくれていたようですが、メンテナンスの人が毎回どこかに行っているのかすぐに来てくれません。ディズニー閉園まで遊んで、それから起こる部屋の問題に正直とても疲れました。私たちが色々とフロントに電話したからか、最終日にはお詫びの品としてクッキーが部屋に置いてありました😅 人が来るのに時間はかかりますがこちらから依頼すれば対応はしてくれるので、部屋に何も問題なければディズニーに徒歩圏内で行けて、清掃もされていて、寝るだけのホテルとして値段相応だと思います。"

"The hotel is well located within 10 minutes walk to Disneyland Resort. It’s not for those very particular about cleanliness though. The hotel tap water not sure why came out cloudy and the pot and pans doesn’t look very clean so ended up not using it at all. But was fine for a short stay."

"디즈니 랜드입구 까지 어린아이 걸음으로 10분정도 거리에 있습니다. 어른이 빨리 걸으면 5분정도면 갈 수 있습니다. 친절한 직원도 있고 불친절한 직원도 있지만 대체로 친절한 편입니다. 시설은 조금 낙후 된 편입니다. 거리가 디즈니 랜드와 가깝기 때문에 디즈니 랜드에서 주로 시간을 보내면서 중간에 들어와서 잠깐 쉬고 저녁에 잠만 자기에는 좋은 선택입니다. 만약, 숙소에서 많이 시간을 보내고 싶다면 좋은 선택은 아닙니다."

"酒店離迪士尼很近，晚上在房間也能看到煙花，地理位置確實還不錯的，選擇這家酒店是因為他們有洗衣房。前台的服務員都挺耐心和友好的，請注意這家酒店可能客房挺滿的，所以我們到達的時候2點50左右都不能提前入住的，必須等到3點才能拿房卡。另外房間設定挺舊的，浴室洗手盤上的燈是壞的。洗衣服的話，洗衣粉需要自己買，可以在小賣部拿了到前台結賬，2刀一小盒（一次洗衣服的分量）。洗衣房有2個洗衣機是壞的，所以早上洗衣服等了挺長時間。另外，早餐真的很難吃，種類很少。如果沒有洗衣服或者大家可以接受酒店付費的洗衣/乾衣服務，個人建議不要訂這家酒店。"

"El hotel está bien situado para ir a Disney, con paradas de autobús, buenos servicios alrededor y el hotel recién reformado muy limpio,,, solo tiene un problema, el tema de insonorización está muy mal, si te toca una habitación de la planta baja vas a oír todas las pisadas y la TV de los vecinos de al lado, pero si solo vas a dormir como yo cuando hemos venido de Disney, no vas a tener problemas ya que llegas reventado. El desayuno ligero y la cafetera deberían de poner alguna más profesional y no la de cápsulas,, pero el precio del hotel es insuperable,,, calidad precio no vas a encontrar nada mejor por la zona."

"We loved our room. It was perfect for our family. It has kitchenette. The hotel in totality is really nice. Location going to Disneyland is manageable if you are used to walking for 15 minutes under the heat. But you can use Uber or Lyft or bus. Breakfast is good but would be nice if they have at least two option for meat like bacon and sausage instead of just bacon or sausage. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"Perfect stay for our Disneyland trip. The room was nice and quiet. 15 min walk from the hotel to Disneyland. Many restaurants on the way from the hotel to Disney. The only bad thing is the hotel incorrectly charged my pre-authorized which will take a few days to sort it out"

"Cosy environment! Min’s drive to eateries and amenities. Comes with microwave oven. Breakfast spread is the same every day, but no complaints! Clean and tidy. Best if it comes with water boiler since we have kids!"
