2-Starhotels in Krakau

Was there for one week .very small hostel and very bad service . I was staying there for 7days which never fulling booked and my bed was up and I asked can they change for me .I waited two night get changed and I went to out when I get back the reception asked me to change my own bed sheet I was shocked but don't want to argue because I know I cannot get my money back.if I didn't booked for 7days I will just walked out. One girl checked I talked here about it. She said her bed was dirty and before she live she take of the pillow cover and bed cover she said she want to make sure when next one come can have clean one.hopefully out side of the reception steps never been cleaned very dirty .. The cleaner tell people don't work around when she cleans quite funny to be honest.she is cleaning for few mins and stop go eat.if u only stay one night u will not noticed for that . Only two good points one is kitchen breakfast was good. Location is very good too .

Het is een heel goed hotel. De kamer is gemeen, maar er zijn vier afzonderlijke momenten, dus ik ben blij dat ik niet te veel om anderen hoef te geven. Dit is een mooie kamer, je kunt zien dat ik elke dag rijd. Foto's en foto's zijn overal versierd, ik hou echt van je. De bedden zijn gebeld, maar ik denk dat andere hotels dezelfde prijs hebben. Een ding dat ik me zorgen maak is dat er geen enkel bed is geladen. Als ik gelukkig ben, kan ik het bed aan de zijkant van de stoel gebruiken, maar elke keer dat ik naar bed moest gaan en het opladen. Ik denk dat het ook goed is. Dank je.

Nice and brand new student residence opened several months ago, just across Hyatt Place where you can have discounted buffet breakfast (50 Zl- 12 euros,instead 85Zl)，close to AD Krakow Mariott and small open food court consisted of 5 kiosk restaurants. Walking distance to the street car station is 7 minutes , and ride to downtown around 10 minutes. Staff is extremely helpful ...will provide you with cooking utensils cause student cafeteria is closed during summer vacation. It's very clean inside.

Let's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo) You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker. Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up. On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean. For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice.

Check in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества, для кратковременного проживания. Расположение хорошее : 20 мин до ЖД вокзала, 25 мин до Вавельского замка пешком. Проживали в двухместном номере с удобствами (душ, туалет + фен, TV, шторы блэкаут). Номер и хостел был чистым, уборка номера по запросу. Важно! : есть комната для хранения багажа до и после проживания, есть кухня с посудой, холодильником, СВЧ, эл.плита. Рекомендую.

Świetna lokalizacja. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Mimo położenia blisko dworca w pokoju (okno od dziedzińca) było bardzo cicho, praktycznie nie słychać było nic z zewnątrz. Jedyne do czego mogłabym mieć zastrzeżenia, to w przypadku mojego 1-osobowego pokoju w środku nie było żadnej szafy ani szafki, więc zdecydowanie na krótki pobyt.
