"Ik had deze plek graag een betere rating gegeven, omdat de hulp snel was wanneer ik het nodig had en het appartement was echt mooi ingericht. Het was echter niet schoon, de wasmachine was niet in goede staat, de koelkast smelte echt slecht aan het begin, en de douchehoofd was gebroken (ze vervangden de douchehoofd echter). Ik kreeg ook geen sleutelkaart of code om de hoofdingang in het gebouw te openen en de beveiligingspersoon die verantwoordelijk is voor het laten van de sleutel-minder gasten in meestal te lang om de deur te openen. Eens moest ik 6 keer bellen voordat de deur werd geopend. Hainan is een geweldige plek en ik zou zeker weer daar gaan... maar eerlijk gezegd, ik zou waarschijnlijk niet meer in deze appartement blijven... ik realiseerde me ook niet dat het meer was als een Airbnb situatie dan een hotel. Ik heb pas na het boeken van het appartement ontdekt dat ik een deposito moet betalen en alleen met iemand via WeChat kan communiceren omdat er geen front desk is."

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunning furnished apartment in Haikou, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The breathtaking full ocean view from the apartment is nothing short of spectacular, providing a serene backdrop that made my stay truly unforgettable.
The apartment itself is impeccably furnished and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. It felt like a home away from home, with modern amenities and stylish decor that enhanced the overall experience.
What truly set this stay apart was the management staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, as there was nothing we asked for that they couldn’t provide.

"Перед въездом обязательно уточните код для заселения. Без знания китайского языка очень сложно выяснить как попасть в комнату. Делала это через поддержку Trip.
Бронировалась комната одна, заселение произошло в другую.
Заселили раньше, за что спасибо менеджеру которая нам помогала. Территория красивая и ухоженная, есть бассейн за дополнительную плату. Комната небольшая. Полотенца одноразовые, принадлежности все есть. Стены грязноваты, но это не критично если вам переночевать только.
Само расположение комплекса удобное, недалеко до основных развлечений. Рядом есть все необходимое:магазины, кафе.

"房間很靜雅，也很乾凈，挺好的，就是下水道反味有些重，開排氣扇未能完全解決這個問題。房間有“小度小度”適合我這個懶人。房間空間還是感覺有點緊湊，床品很舒服，躺床上看大電視很爽，而且有好多劇集可以看，還不錯哦。"

EEVasquezThe place is located in a great area and the apartment is beautiful, however the building is just for sleeping it has no facilities but the biggest problems were the odors in the apartment. The apartment in general was clean but the sink in the bathroom had a horrible smell and the fridge which was disconnected and it also had a bad smell. The lady who received us was very kind and helpful.

The property is a condo located at the far end of the estate.
The apartment is clean but with limited amenities. Although there is a kitchenet, but no cooking ware and utenciles are provided.

GGastgebruikerОтель отличный. Но на этих остравах делать нечего, работает все на половину. Напоминает начало исчезновение людей ”что было бы если люди бы исчезли... Год спустя” на дату 20.10.25 (на главном острове) на жилых остравах все норм, рынки магазины... сама комната не затертая, все новое, что то даже в плёнке ещё. Видимо сказывается то что пол острова развлечений не работает. А так удивительно видеть огромные постройки а людей нет. Кто бы сказал это про Китай не поверил бы.
Итого отель зачёт, на острове достаточно одного дня ну мах два дня, все нечего делать.

Не берите в центре там дорого а на жилых частях дешевле.

幸幸运之旅Excellent customer service ! The lady boss and her staff were friendly and attentive taking good care of customers. Room was spacious and clean with all facilities in good condition. The night market is just five minute walk from hotel and you can try all types of food there.

Je kunt naar het strand aan de overkant lopen. Beneden zijn er veel restaurants, waaronder een zelfbedieningsrestaurant met hotpot voor 28 yuan, een Lawson supermarkt met de meeste benodigdheden en twee grote supermarkten in de buurt.
Het zwembad bevindt zich in de woonwijk aan de overkant. De vorm is vergelijkbaar met die op de hoofdfoto, maar het is niet omgeven door zand; het is een buitenzwembad in de woonwijk. Het water zag er erg schoon uit, maar het was die dagen een beetje koud, dus we hebben er niet in gezwommen.
Er rijden gratis bussen op het eiland en de bushalte is op een paar minuten loopafstand. De internetverbinding is stabiel. Als je niet hoeft te koken, is een verblijf van een paar dagen een prima optie.
