Ik wil vooral het ontbijt prijzen; ondanks dat het in tijdvakken was ingedeeld, en ik bang was voor drukte, was de variëteit enorm en voldeed het volledig aan de verwachtingen. Het hotel gaf gratis tickets voor het Ocean Park en het Grote Circus. Beide shows waren hoogtepunten en overtroffen onze verwachtingen."

"Een gezin van drie boekte een vrijstaande villa, maar zat onder de insectenbeten. Dit is wat er gebeurde: op de avond van inchecken sliepen mijn man en ik in het tweepersoonsbed, terwijl ons kind in zijn wiegje sliep. De volgende ochtend dachten we dat het gewoon muggenbeten waren en besteedden er niet veel aandacht aan. Maar 's avonds troffen we ons allebei onder de insectenbeten aan, terwijl ons kind niet gebeten was. We vermoedden daarom sterk dat er luizen of andere insecten in het tweepersoonsbed zaten. Aanvankelijk waren we niet van plan om te klagen, omdat het hotelpersoneel erg vriendelijk was tijdens ons verblijf. De beten waren echter zo ernstig dat we overwogen contact op te nemen met Ctrip (een reiswebsite) om de situatie te melden. Het hotel bood 300 yuan aan compensatie, maar ze eisten ofwel een positieve beoordeling ofwel annulering van de boeking. Mijn klacht gaat niet over het geld; dat kan ik niet accepteren. Daarom accepteer ik deze voorwaardelijke compensatie niet!"

When I checked in, the front desk clerk begged the security guard at the door to push my luggage, but in the end I had to carry my luggage and push it upstairs by myself. Is this guy here to work? Come and be the ancestor! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a hotel with more waiters than guests! No one is doing anything, and there are only a few customers at the end of the day! The air conditioner in the room was not turned on. I had to call to ask them to turn it on. The lights in the swimming pool were not turned on either. I had to ask them to turn them on when I got there! The toilet design is so awkward, the wash basin looks like one of those makeshift sheds! The underground garage is like a rat hole, very messy, with no signboards and no lights. The height limit is two meters before entering, and there is no light inside. My car is 1.9 meters tall, and when I came out, the ceiling glass was cracked. Is this a hotel? It can't be compared with Haikou Guest House, Wanning Guest House is even better than it! There is no sense of service at all! How dare you call it a guesthouse? It's so shameful! You'd better close down soon! Don't come to harm others! Absolutely **! Whoever lives here will be unlucky!"
