Our snowy season stay at Muwa Niseko was perfect. The immaculate two-bedroom suite was a luxurious retreat, and the delicious breakfasts were a daily highlight. What made our trip truly exceptional, however, was the staff—particularly Dylan. His attentive, personalized service was outstanding. He offered fantastic local tips and anticipated our every need, making us feel incredibly welcome. His efforts turned a great holiday into an unforgettable one. We can't recommend Muwa Niseko highly enough and will definitely be back.

Wonderful boutique hotel with fresh, modern rooms. The building is very fashionable, the service is outstanding (Extra coffee pods? Shuttle to the supermarket? Daytime/evening recommendations? All covered!). Both the public and private onsens are clean and well equipped, including towels, facial serums and body lotion too. This might be the nicest hotel in town in every single way - with the kindest and most cheerful staff. I can only speak highly of the week we have spent here!

From the moment we pulled up to The Green Leaf, we felt incredibly welcome. The level of service here is personal and sincere; I was so impressed that the staff took the time to remember my name. It creates such a 'homey' and inviting atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. If you want a stay where you feel like a valued guest rather than just a room number, this is the place to be!

The location is the best which just one minute walking distance to the bus terminal to/from Toya Station and in front of the ferry pier. Please see my photo. Perfect location. The front desk receptionist lady was friendly. I was placed to a lake view Japanese style room. It doesn't include shower but toilet in the room and it looks like old but I love the room. The view from the room's window to Lake Toya was excellent. I love my room's window can be opened, I could see more clear to the lake view and to have fresh air from outside by opening the window. Even it was a raining day, cloudy and frosty. The view is still spotless good. The service was good. The room was clean, tidy and come with all necessity, but bath/shower excluded. However, based on the price, I was happy with it because I don't mind to use the bathroom in the onsen area on floor one. There was only two down side that I found: First, the male onsen area floor was sticky and slippery with moss (My left hand accidentally touched it and my hand was sticked with moss in outdoor onsen area) that includes indoor and outdoor area. I wish they would take more effort to the cleanliness of onsen area. Second, the suana was not available for customer to use. However, I had a fantastic sauna and onsen in 万世閣 (a hotel where is just a few minutes walk away from Toya Grand Hotel) by a paying walk in onsen fee(1300 yen) for non-resident. So, it didn't affect me much. Overall, my experience was good. I would give Toya Grand Hotel 8 out of 10. I love Toya Grand Hotel. I would recommend it.

Groot, schoon en comfortabel om van te genieten Er zijn vijf bedden in de driepersoonskamer, maar er is maar één toilet. Je moet op en neer rennen, wat een beetje lastig is. Je moet een kleine trein nemen van het hoofdgebouw naar Westin (6.00 tot 23.00 uur). Er zijn hier niet veel restaurants, de meeste bevinden zich in het hoofdgebouw. ​​Er zijn nog steeds tekortkomingen in het leven hier, maar de kamer is absoluut supergroot, en Snow Land bevindt zich in het gebouw. ​​Neem een ​​bad op de t****e verdieping. Beneden is een kantine waar u drankjes en speciaalproducten kunt kopen.

首次在二世谷的旅行超棒，在The Vale酒店的三天頗為難忘。辦理入住非常順利，完全沒有糟心的等待，套房的房間佈局、設施設備與預期相符，適合家庭長住。性價比在同區域酒店裡相當能打。不過酒店房間窗簾的遮光效果不太好，早上容易被光線叫醒，希望酒店可以改進一下。 酒店位置絕佳，滑完雪能直接從雪道回到酒店。出行方面，酒店shuttle隨叫隨到，超貼心。前台的Jessica Tan是中國人，不僅温柔漂亮，服務還特別熱情。幫我順利退房，住店的時候也積極幫我爭取各種權益，回程的車也是她幫忙訂的，每個環節都考慮的細緻入微，讓人倍感安心。 總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，下次來二世谷滑雪，大概率還是會選這裏 。
