The bunk bed room we stayed in actually has four beds that can sleep four people. The hotel is very new and clean. There is a special room for snowboards. Bathing is in the large bathing area. In front of the hotel are a bus stop, a large supermarket, and a Lawson convenience store. The locally produced sashimi in the supermarket is so cheap. You can take the bus directly to Otaru from the bus stop in front of the hotel. We go directly to the hotel from Rusutsu Ski Resort to the hotel entrance. We go to and from Niseko Ski Resort many times a day, which is very convenient.

This time, I signed to South Wing on the tour I asked for at JAL. However, it was very inconvenient that the front desk on the South Wing side was not vacant and all procedures had to be done at the front desk of the North Wing. The bus departs and arrives on the north side, so it's better than the other side ... Some girls start meetings in the corridor at night because they are involved in a floor where high school students travel together. It's such a time when I have something to do at the front desk, but I told you on the phone because I can't help it. The large communal bath on the south side is an old facility without an open-air bath, so every time you go to the bath, you will have to walk a decent number of steps. It will be an exercise. Service is the worst among all Hilton hotels i visited. Not enough staff and most of them are either inexperienced or not trained! An experienced ones are not welcoming at all and just talking among themselves on the concierge desk. Shuttle bus also delayed and not showed up according to the schedule provided. Room is old and TV channels are all domestic ones only. Restaurants don’t have proper wine menu and staff have no knowledge about wine /sake. Good thing is the location, next to ski slopes and niseko village.

I have been staying at the Green Leaf off and on for over 10 years. It is an excellent location for ski-in, ski-out, but unfortunately the hotel services have gone downhill. I had two rooms, and the Wi-Fi never worked in either room or the routers could not be fixed. Limited Wi-Fi was obtained by using a neighboring room. The room radiators which was convenient for drying gloves and ski clothes, I was informed, have been permanently turned off. Most disappointing of all is the morning breakfast. My family and I had always looked forward to it, but it has continued to get more frugal and sparce every year and is now comparatively poor from what it was 10 years ago. The hotel is trying to save money in the wrong way. It is obvious that the entire setup is now being outsourced. The supervisor in charge is very nice and personable, and doing his best with what is available, but the food quality is very average, and even the personnel are no longer Japanese. There used to be a nice coffee station as you exited the buffet room. It is gone. Real cream for your coffee, gone. Nuts, grains, and raisins for yogurt, gone. Assorted cheese section, gone. Assorted multigrain breads, gone, and the general food quality has become cheap. The Goshiki Restaurant, from 2nd hand sources, all expressed their disappointment with this evening restaurant in the same way as the breakfast. If food is not a concern, then the Green Leaf will be fine for you. If food is important for a nice ski-in, ski-out vacation, then you might consider a neighboring hotel instead.

Next to the ski lift, easy to go out and go in at your own pace. Bit crowded during day time after 10 am. It helps a lot with a locker provided for each guest to keep the equipment. The room was spacious and comfortable, perhaps the hotel to improve on the timing for room cleaning service, especially for guests staying more than a week and expecting the room to be clean when we are out. The hotel has its own mini-mart, which help you to get some junk food and accessory for skier/snowboarder - a bit pricey but it's expected in the Niseko area anyway. The other downside is the hotel location is far from other convenience stores and restaurants (affordable where u can easily access in Hirafu) so it makes you book a room with breakfast and dinner.

Yvonne and colleagues were all very cheerful and always ready to offer assistance. Very clean and great scent throughout the ground floor and check in lobby. Free ride up to Gondola saved us energy climbing all the way up. Much appreciated for the complimentary upgrade to bedroom suite with city view. As the first stop of our honeymoon trip, my wife and I were delighted and already missing the restful experience!

This is in a quiet forest about 10 minutes drive from Niseko Station. I think the basic part of the hotel is old, but it has been renewed in a modern style. When you enter the hotel, is it a forest? Check-in was normal due to the scent of. I stayed in a deluxe Japanese-Western style room, but the room was large and spacious, and I slept well on tatami mats. The water of Mt. yotei was delicious. You can walk in a yukata in the hall, and go to the dinner venue Supper was a half buffet, and the contents were sashimi, ceramic plate dishes, meat or fish grilled dishes, and others were buffets. All were usually delicious and there were many types of buffets. At the entrance of the hotel, I enjoyed live performances by piano and violin for about 1 hour and 20 minutes at 19:30 ～. The hot springs smell a little sulfur and usually have an indoor bath, an open-air bath, a sauna, and a cold bath (men and women change at 22:00 at night). Also, the breakfast buffet has a lot of Japanese and Western side dishes and is full. did. Overall, it was a quiet, relaxing, delicious, and comfortable hotel with live performances.

This hotel delivers more than expected! Usually the websites over promise and under deliver however this was the other way around! As others have mentioned rooms are quite small but completely adequate, the only thing we could suggest would be to offer coffee & tea in the room (there is a kettle & fridge). Bathroom has toileteries which are decent quality. Room was warm and thus ski clothes were dried well. There is good storage for ski equipment and a lovely small gym with good quality kit (open 24/7) All staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the area giving good instructions and suggestions for places to eat. There is a shuttle service to the town but it is also a pleasant walk (without ski gear!) The small convenience store on site is ok but a little expensive (although this is independant of the hotel) Breakfast is plentiful, everything fresh and inviting to eat - there is an egg station where you can get eggs any which way. The diner us surprisingly good - a small menu but made to order and like breafast very fresh. The bar does happy hour and some lovely cocktails :) There is a ”common room” whereby you can cook for yourself - this would be good if travelling in a group. Overall a great mid priced (low for the area!) hotel

Good but not deluxe ski/out resort geared to families rather than couples. All rooms are duplexes I believe. They are not soundproof; on certain days, we had disruptive noise from the children from the higher floor till very late at night. We then decided to sleep in the less comfortable beds on the lower floor. Great views over mountains and volcanoes. Great daily seafood buffet, exceptionally well priced given the quality and quantity of offerings. Breakfast is very good as well, but tends to be very crowded, as most people wish to have breakfast at around 830/9am . The buffet closes at 10am in the main restaurant and 930am in the smaller restaurant. The on-site ski rental shop is messy and unsuitable for advanced skiers, as only basic skis are on offer, and they seem to lack longer skis required by tall skiers. If you are in this category, I recommend renting directly from the Salomon expert ski rental shop on the other side of the resort. The shop also erroneously billed me for 2 items, which were corrected upon check out after review by the staff, and the hotel apologized. The spa/onsen is dated and could be made a lot better, given the overall price range of this hotel. There is no pool. Marriott Platinum benefits are recognized and were very much appreciated.
