Todo perfecto. Es un edificio tradicional bien ubicado y agradable, muy limpio y con las instalaciones adecuadas para una estancia corta en Sofía. El desayuno está incluido, con pan tostado, zumo, café, yogur, etc. Muy completo. Lo mejor del hotel es que el propietario te cuenta la historia del país mientras desayunas, lo cual es una experiencia muy interesante porque habla con pasión y sabe muchísima historia. Merece la pena alojarse aquí solo por eso. Un 10 el anfitrión.

Would happily stay again for the location, service and facilities. The shower booth was impressively spacious.

This hotel has a wonderful breakfast spread. We enjoyed the breakfast and looked forward to it every morning. There is a wide choice of selection and everything was delicious. The room was clean and spacious, though the furnishings are dated. Reception is very friendly and helpful. Not the best location in Sofia, but convenient for trams. About 10 minutes walk to Sofia centre or Sofia Mall. 5 minutes walk to the Ladies Market. Not many shops or restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel

Great stay at Les Fleurs! The unique design of the rooms and the whole hotel is amazing—it has so much character and style. Being right in the heart of Sofia was perfect for me as a solo traveler, everything's within walking distance. The staff made me feel really welcome. Would definitely come back!

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

De locatie is uitstekend voor een zakenreis en de prijs is bijzonder gunstig. Een viersterrenhotelkamer kost ongeveer 50 euro per dag. Binnenlands Ctrip herinnert ons eraan dat het ontbijt niet is inbegrepen, maar wel beschikbaar is. Ik kocht zoveel mogelijk Bulga**** speciale rozenverzorgingsproducten om mijn steun te betuigen. De Sofia Capital Credit Card vereist nieuwe contactloze mode, inclusief rechtstreeks swipen in de metro. Koop geen kaartjes, anders werkt de oude creditcard niet.

Ik boekte de kamer omdat ik dacht dat deze airconditioning zou hebben, maar dat gebeurde niet. Het was een zomeravond, maar gelukkig was het koel, dus het was geen probleem. Er was een bericht dat een probleem opriep met de kaart die werd gebruikt om de kamersleutel en de verlichting aan te zetten, dus ik heb het opgelost door een andere kaart te plaatsen. Nu kunt u de pijn vermijden die u van binnenuit in het donker opsluit. Er zat een mysterieus gat in het toilet. Je kunt de leidingen zien. Ik dacht dat het beter zou zijn als deze plek aan het zicht onttrokken zou worden.

Otelde tek gece konakladık. Herşey ***et iyidi fakat yataklar biraz eskiydi yayları rahatsız etti. Temizlik çok iyidi. Konumundan merkeze rahatlıkla yürüyebilirsiniz. Çalışanlar ***et kibar ve yardımseverdi. Tekrar gitsem bu oteli tercih edebilirim.
