Overall good hotel. Swimming pool was nice, as were the sauna facilities. The breakfast was alright for this tier of hotel (best to come early though as it gets very busy). Service met expectations. The gym should be improved, it is very basic and some of the equipment is definitely home-grade (I'm not very fit, but maxed out the leg press dork a large set without even trying). Still, gym is there and it is better than most Chinese hotels. The check-in process took some time too. I specifically requested a non-smoking room and had to change rooms a few times, in the end we looked at five in total rooms and only one of them was without cigarette smell. We enjoyed the final room, the bathtub was still a bit dirty though and needed a scrub.

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff spoke excellent English. The room was as described and matched the photos. It was very large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Room service was very quick and courteous. We needed an extra towel and it was brought within minutes. The food delivery by robot is funny, but I personally don't like eating from plastic bowls; I prefer a plate or bowl. The beach is great if you're travelling with children and the pool area is fantastic. Only the condition of the slide in the toddler area is no longer so good. The paint was peeling off in places and the play equipment in the water was very rusty in many places. The water in one pool was also very cloudy and didn't look very clean. But it was still a lot of fun... The breakfast was very good. There were even enough plates and cutlery for children. The selection was large and very tasty. The breakfast room was very clean and large enough for many guests, and the staff were very attentive and courteous. It was a very nice stay and I will definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Mijn dochter vond het overdekte kinderzwembad en de speeltuin ook geweldig. Omdat ik er in de zomer was, waren er 's avonds en 's nachts veel muggen. Really enjoyed my experience in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and I was upgraded to an executive room upon asking for a room with a window. After running errands, I was really happy to come back and find my room had been tidied and got some good rest. The front desk were pretty helpful and I think the room is really strategically located, just about 10 minutes walk from the metro station. I will surely stay here again. It's a pretty new hotel with a good facilities.

Het hotel is relatief nieuw en de faciliteiten zijn erg goed. We kozen voor dit hotel omdat ons kind in de buurt een examen had en het gunstig gelegen is om overal naartoe te reizen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en we hebben eindelijk weer eens tofu pudding gegeten – heerlijk! Het personeel bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk. Toen we uitcheckten, waren we een paar dingen vergeten en na telefonisch overleg hebben ze ons geholpen met het versturen van een pakketje, dat we dezelfde dag nog ontvingen. Heel erg bedankt! Nog iets bijzonders was dat onze kamer op de 6e verdieping lag en dat de ramen van vloer tot plafond direct uitzicht boden op de pagode van de Xilin-tempel – echt een wonderbaarlijk toeval!

Ik maakte van de nationale feestdag gebruik om te gaan kamperen in het Guangfulin Country Park. Ik wilde een hotel in de buurt zoeken om er één nacht te verblijven, en ik koos voor Hyatt Songjiang. Dit is mijn eerste keer dat ik in dit Hyatt-hotel verblijf. De kamer is vrij groot en het bed is zeer comfortabel. Ik heb een extra bed voor mijn baby toegevoegd. Het bedienend personeel was erg enthousiast. Ik vroeg om slippers en kussens en ze werden naar mij. De locatie is goed, de omgeving is erg levendig, dichtbij Wanda Plaza en diverse winkelpleinen, er zijn veel plekken om te eten en te entertainen in de omgeving, en parkeren is gratis. Goede recensies, ik zal hier in de toekomst weer verblijven als ik in de buurt ben.
