臨時起意去湯山泡温泉。能看出來酒店用心打造過，陳設和用品都是精心挑選過的。酒店服務非常到位，入住贈送了小食、水果，睡前還贈送了晚安牛奶。房間比較寬敞，玩了一下午牌，期間前台小哥也是有要求儘量滿足，提供了很多次咖啡茶。庭院裏的泡池打掃得很乾凈用酒精消毒過，出行前做過比較，山居秋茗的泡池不是那種藝術漆表面的，所以看着也比較清爽。同行還預訂了樓上的帶室內泡池的房間，也非常好👍整個酒店寵物友好，出門便是水庫，可以溜達溜達。衹是這邊點餐可能比較遠，但可以開車去湯山地鐵站附近吃。離酒店15分鐘左右車程可以到湯山礦坑公園/園博園逛逛，冬季稍微蕭條一些，但春秋季風景應該很不錯。礦坑公園個人更喜歡一些。總的來説此次出行非常愉快，下次還攜家人前往，期待一直保持高品質服務～

Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here. Very nice private villa and pool, styled in a classic Chinese design. Clean, quiet, comfortable and high quality. Afternoon tea was nice also. Minor criticism and not the hotel's fault - the area around the villas was *slightly* noisy. Fireworks, distant music and cars could all be heard. This is standard for China and it didn't spoil it for us but had hoped for somewhere totally silent. Nevertheless would go back here without hesitation. Tip: You might want to ask them to put a bit old water in the hot spring tub. It was simply too hot for us to enter on the first night.

居住體驗很好！酒店坐落在半山上，雖然是冬末但仍有綠意，而且梅花也開了，環境十分優美。 小木屋住房也都很有特色！小木屋4號很寬敞，温泉池私隱性也很好。温泉池打掃的很乾凈，温泉調節可以自助，温泉供水時間早上9點至晚上9點，如果來不及趕回來管家還會幫着提前放熱水，非常貼心！ 早餐不是自助，是酒店配好的中式早餐，很好！ 交通方面也比較方便，有地鐵到附近，或者在1號線馬羣站打車都可。 小缺點是因為環境很好，所以難免有個別小蟲隨同入住，不過問題不大，第二天就處變不驚了。

I was surprised at how big, spacious, and well-designed our room was. I love that the bath and toilets were separate and the toilet has a smart function. Furthermore, they were also arranged separately from the hot springs tub in the room. The pool itself was big enough for the two of us, which wasn't evident in the hotel photos when I booked. The buttons for the hot and cold water were timed, which means that I can leave them running while I prepare to soak. There's a huge waterproof sofa next to the tub, which makes for a convenient place for putting things like food, towels, bath robes or phones. The only thing they missed was offering free tea to guests. I forgot to pack one so we went out to buy some. Outside, though, was empty and quiet, but the hotel was just 500 m away from the metro, so we went. The Chinese breakfast was abundant and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly we hardly we hardly can speak good Chinese. We want to come back here again.

Everything about the resort is super amazing. The food was amazing, very wide variety. They had both Chinese and Western dishes. Even the chef specially made us some chicken when I asked for why no chicken among the foods. We ate to full. The room we got was simple and clean though not part of the main building so we needed to use the resort shuttle every time we needed to go out or return to our room. It was a fun ride every time. The staffs were friendly, hospitable and well mannered. We watched the circus show & the sea lion show, they were both interesting, and then we took the little train which took us round the wildlife park and we fed animals while on the train. It was an awesome experience. We also had a very good walk round the park with many animals roaming freely within their space. There are great spots for picnic and relaxation. The kids loved the amusement park and play area. We also experienced the hot springs which was a beautiful experience. The environment was beautiful, clean and natural. Our kids loved every bit of it. I highly recommend this for a family staycation.

The place is very nice, the personal try to help us.. The landlord is very nice. My kids love stay there because there are a lot of friendly dogs and other animals, a swimming pool, a gym, a pool table, a lot of green space where kids can play. The food is good, chinese style.

Facilities: The front desk has upgraded the cave room. The room facilities are relatively complete and very good. Health: Overall relatively clean Environment: The hotel has a good design and is suitable for taking pictures Service: The service is very good. There are waiters to pick you up when you check in and out, and you also get souvenirs. It's just that the chef in the restaurant got off work early, and the food tastes good. If you want to add more, you won't have it anymore.
