Hotels in Dishui Lake and Lin-gang Area, Shanghai

We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World and want to commend the team for their outstanding service. We arrived very early in the morning around 9am, well before the usual check-in time. The staff member who attended to us was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. She did her very best to arrange our rooms quickly, and even upgraded one of them to a family room so that both rooms could be connected. We were so grateful for this thoughtful gesture, as it allowed our whole family to rest comfortably before heading out to explore Snow World next door. The family room itself was wonderful — spacious and well-designed. Our son especially loved the loft bed! The room also came with great amenities, including a dining area, a two-seater sofa, and a huge bathtub, which made our stay extra comfortable. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were consistently helpful. When we needed assistance with food delivery, they guided us patiently and made everything easy for us. The location is another major plus. Snow World is just a short walk away, which was extremely convenient — after playing, we could simply stroll back to our room to rest. The hotel is also very near the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Overall, we are truly impressed by the warm hospitality, thoughtful service, and excellent facilities. Thank you, Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World, for making our family trip such a pleasant and memorable one. We look forward to staying again!

Wonderful hotel with super friendly service staff. They allowed me to check in slightly earlier, which was a major plus! There's quite a few convenience stores around the vicinity which is great. Love that there's a rather sizeable mall just 5ms walk away and another mall just 10m drive away. Area is quiet and peaceful which i truly appreciate! The room i got was super spacious and lovely too! A pity I forgot to snap pics. Overall would recommend :)

my mistake not checking the location better. it is too far from city center, it is in light industrial area so if you are here for that it is very handy but if you are here as tourist too far away from any thing intersting.

It's in very convenient place. You can get Malls, super market and bus to go to metro station easily. The behaviour of the staffs were really good. They have tried to serve at their best, especially the young man at the reception.

It's 1 hour away from the city center but closed to the Pudong airport. Very quiet and silent. The room condition was also very good with clean and soft bedding. All staffs are nice, kind and supportive. Unfortunately, they don't provide in-room dining service. If you want to have a dinner in the hotel, you should go to the restaurant in the site. Th available foods are very local. In the breakfast, you can enjoy some breads and coffees. Overall, I'm happy with the stay. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Jinqiao Penguin Resort Hotel during our family trip to Shanghai and overall it was a very enjoyable experience, especially for families with kids. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the penguin theme. The lobby has large aquarium displays where you can see real penguins, which was very exciting for the kids. The whole hotel has a fun, family-friendly atmosphere and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable after a long day exploring the park. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its location. It is very close to Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park, making it extremely convenient to visit the park without a long commute. The surrounding area is also quiet and relaxing compared to staying in the busy city center. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. It was a nice way to start the day before heading out. The staff were generally helpful, although communication in English can sometimes be limited.

My son is an Ultraman fan and he loved staying at this hotel and enjoying at this theme park, similar level of excitement comparing with his last visit to the Ultraman hometown in Japan.  Despite there were some communication issues happened between the hotel and Trip.com, both teams tried their best to solve the issue and support us.  Special thanks to the Trip.com lady (sorry that I forgot to ask for her name) who spoke with me several rounds for exploring solutions.  Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Roger Yao (the manager on duty of Ultraman Hotel in the afternoon on 05Apr) who successfully made my son happy again after a disappointment.  Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
