Our stay in the Longemont hotel was very relaxing and felt like home. The staff was very friendly, kind and always helpful. We stayed in the 18th floor and the view was spectacular. Always felt secure during our stay. One of the duty managers Mr Damon exceeded our expectations. All the amenities provided were easily accessible. Overall my son and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

這個是朋友推薦給我的酒店，他家經濟實惠，性價比很高，入住非常滿意，尤其是前台小燕，服務特別周到，很到位，還非常有耐心，問什麼都一一解答。這次入住體驗真的很不錯，酒店環境也很乾凈，房間設施也都齊全，樓下交通也方便，離地鐵和公交都很近。

東北的全季是真暖和啊，大地暖，嘎嘎熱，我們是去沐裏沐外洗浴的，酒店大堂直通洗浴大廳，這位置絕了，帶着長者孩子，根本不用考慮進進出出會不會感冒什麼的，特別方便，去西塔，中街、小河沿早市打車都很近，隔音也棒，反正選全季不會出錯！前台的小姐姐很好，長得也美，咱這北方人還是在北方溜達舒坦，推薦！忘了拍照片湊合看吧🤣

真的要給這家酒店瘋狂打call！地理位置簡直絕了，太方便啦！離地鐵和商場都超近，出門逛街、吃飯分分鐘搞定，完全省去了很多通勤煩惱，不管是來旅遊還是出差都太省心了！ 房間內部也完全超出預期，裝修簡約又高級，乾淨整潔到無可挑剔，小吧枱、冰箱這些細節都安排得明明白白，住起來舒適度直接拉滿！最驚喜的是居然還自帶桌球室！空閑時間約上朋友打兩桿，直接把住宿體驗感拉到頂峯，誰懂啊！ 從位置到設施，從環境到體驗，每一處都讓人挑不出毛病，已經推薦給身邊所有出行的朋友了，下次來還住這裏！

The hotel is ideally situated adjacent to a shopping center that features a variety of dining options, and it is within walking distance of the Subway H exit. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, although it is equipped only with a heater and lacks air conditioning. Guests can open the window for fresh air, but it is advisable to keep it closed on days when air quality is poor. The breakfast offers a diverse selection, though the preparation of some items could be enhanced. However, I encountered an issue with the lady manager who spoke to me in a rude manner at the Front Office Desk, whose rude demeanor was unprofessional and indicative of a need for further training or reassignment, as she does not exemplify the qualities expected of a good manager.

交通很便利，賓館出門還有地鐵站，與黎明酒店緊挨着差點停錯車位（黎明停車每小時10元），還好保安在門口看到讓我把車挪到賓館的停車位（賓館免費停車），屋裡環境簡潔乾淨，房間夠大，我腰不好不能睡太軟的床墊，所以特意先試躺了一下床墊很舒服，服務很周到，需要什麼東西馬上就給我送到房間。賓館應該住的人很多吧，但是還好沒有吵到我，一早下到樓下還碰到有個劇組在弄開機儀式。總體感覺很不錯，有機會還會光顧！

The front desk staff demonstrated outstanding service throughout our stay. They quickly addressed any requests and went above to make us feel welcome. Their proactive approach - from preparing for bad weather to offering local tips - showed real dedication. The personal touches, like remembering our anniversary, made the experience extra special. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

房間很大，基本設施齊全，浴巾一條，毛巾一條，小方巾兩條，一瓶免費瓶裝水，淋浴花灑出水強勁。房間整體情況比較符合入住價格，枕頭和被子的煙味很大，院內停車方便，停車費15元封頂。店主服務態度非常好。整體入住體驗還不錯

The rooms are very clean and the service very excellent but their air conditioning is very poor we were dripping of sweat for more than 3 hours till the fixed it but it wasnt cool enough we had to go and find a place to spend the late hours of the afternoon till it got cool. I hope that problem gets fixed
