Waited on parking lot in over 100 degree temp for her return some 45 minutes after the call. Was told check in was at 3. We checked in 10 minutes earily. Not what I consider good customer service. Don’t know if this is even up to the basic standard of Wyndham promise to customers. Wasn’t a happy customer in the end."

"This hotel was in an excellent place to visit Mount Rushmore and the surrounding areas. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The town closes down around 9pm so the only thing lacking was food and entertainment after 9-10pm. There are towns a few miles away that have places that stay open a little later. Plan to take time to eat early and enjoy the town. It’s very cute and there are plenty of fun things to do!"

"We had a pleasant stay at the Foothills Inn (Rapid City, SD. The room was recently renovated, in 2025 per the hotel’s online info. The furniture & room decorations look homey & appealing. The bed is firm & the bed is comfortable. Voor ontbijt biedt het hotel sweetly microgolf-reed cheese hamburgers die niet vaak in de meeste hotels die we tijdens onze 2-week reis zien. We hebben niet hesitaat om in de toekomst op dit hotel te blijven."

"We enjoyed our stay at Super 8. Relatively inexpensive and you get what you pay for which is good. You are allowed peta which is nice however please not that the price per night is not $15 but $35 like states on terms from trip.com. So we were a little take back by that. But other than that hiccup it was a simple effortless stay including a a breakfast which was ok."
