很不錯的住宿體驗，下次還會光顧，有賓至如歸的感覺，衞生環境都是我喜歡的那種。
服務：態度也很好

Room 211 was nice, but right next to the elevator. Very noisy late and early the next day. Fingerprints on the front of the door, might be bloody, not sure so took a pic.

The staff was very friendly, but the room was very dirty. There was hair all over the toilet seat And it was obvious that the cleaning staff only vacuum the bare minimum in the middle of the room. there was dirt and foreign objects all along the wall. Including several caps to shooter bottles.

I stopped here for one night on a road trip out west. The front desk assistant was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There were black spots all over the pillow cases, nail clippings all in the sink, and hair in the bed and around the toilet. I left very early the next morning.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years when we visit Rapid City and it is always great for our family with several kids but unfortunately we will not be back. It was very dirty:(

Only complaint would be ants in the hot tubs and around the hot tubs. We kept finding them in the water and on us when we were sitting on the hot tubs edge. Other than that, hotel was clean, staff was great, and the kids loved the pool and slide. We would stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and light hearted, joking with my wife and I which made us feel very comfortable and welcome. They allowed us to extend our stay for 2 extra nights with zero notice. The hotel is right beside a Mexican restaurant on the same parking lot which had great food! Went their 2 nights out of 3 for evening dinner. ( went downtown for the 3rd night)
Will definitely recommend this hotel to any friends or family travelling to Rapid City!!

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was clean, efficient and everything was made convenient. It was also nice to bond with the Filipino staff since my wife is a Filipina.
When the staff waved goodbye to us outside in the parking lot it was a lovely extra touch of professionalism and kindness! Thank you. ＜3
