房間乾淨整潔，我們住的是套房，一間卧室加一廳，廳裏有沙發（可拉出做一張床），有小冰箱，微波爐。酒店跟water park 連在一起，有很多帶娃家庭入住，白天小娃跑來跑去，吵鬧聲不斷，不過晚上睡覺時還算安靜。唯一不足大概是早餐吧，選擇不多。

러쉬모어와 배드랜드스 국립공원, 데빌스 타워를 여행하는 일정에서 숙소로 이용했는데 시설도 깔끔하고 위치도 좋고 가성비 최고입니다!

Hotel lobby and room were good compared to the L hotel next to it the staff at front desk upon check in were awesome on 1/19 on 1/20 i went upto front desk to purchase waterpark passes and a redbull front desk given a seperate card by me in person for this in perdon transaction upon looking at my statement she charged my card on file associated with my room and swiped my card i gave at the time of transcation 24 hours later call to ask about my charge to my original payment method associated with my room and whoever is at the front desk tonight 1/23 does not understand i have 2 seperate charges for the same thing under 2 seperate cards because he can only see the 1 charge on his end the one thats associated with my name on the room we stayed what im going to rate the experience of customer service on because no matter how many times i explain the situation its not clicking. 2 charges 2 seperate d/c cards for the same thing 1 card has my name on it 1 card has my husbands name on it it is for the day 1/20 for 3 waterpark passes my room under my name with my associated card has the charge for the same date 1/20 his card with his name associated on it has the charge for 3 passes and a redbull so a 7 dollar difference in charge amount for the same day, his card is not associated with the room or booking or anything on file that could of been established with my name or card info due to it being a physical in person transaction i just want a refund for the 1 transaction

The staff gave us a free “upgrade” to a balcony seating over the water park which meant we had to listen to the kids scream at the water park. The towels weren’t the cleanest and there was dirty stuff left over from the previous guests

It was good. Breakfast was good, room was okay. The pull out was horrible as expected, but there were old cheetoes and some unknown medication in the pullout as well. Just rolled it back up and made the bed work. It was an ok stay. We stay there for the convenience and close location to the water park.

Checkin was quick and seamless,thanks to Ebony, at front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast...excellent biscuits and gravy

My check in was fine, I didn't like how they stop the breakfast at 920am when the time said til 930am. I was able to get stuff, but they took the drinks away at 920am. The lady said it doesn't matter it's over. Then check out said 12 noon, well a lady came to my room with a clipboard in her hand while I was in the shower. I had to tell I was in the room as she open the door, she said it was time to check out. How you gonna come to my room tell me to check out at 10am of check out is by noon. Uncalled for for sure, def won't use this hotel again

Do not recommend!! The service and cleanliness were not worth the outrageous price. The front desk was rude, unhelpful and disinterested. The equipment at the desk was so dirty it was sticky. The elevator smelled of urine and only worked "sometimes"!? The room had ground chocolate? in the carpet. Black hairs in the bed when first pulled back. Masking tape stuck to the wall so old it was brittle. The convenient extra pillow in the closet still smelled of the previous user. Please someone explain how a hotel clearly having been through several busy seasons attached to a water park can run out of clean towels for it's guests by 7pm and none available until 9 am next day? When hotel's towels were not to be used there (wink wink)? You had to purchase a towel for that! There were 3 towels provided for an almost "king" suite capable of sleeping 4? It was definitely not a king bed. Also do NOT recommend the waterpark either. The cleanliness and functionality and service standards match this hotel's. Most of the pool floats were flat and more than half of the arcade games did not work. Save yourself the money and just go to a better hotel with a regular pool. NOT worth the hype. Will not be back.
