"We vonden ons verblijf leuk, de kamers waren ruime en het bed was comfortabel. Je zult geen geluid van de luchthaven horen die verrassend goed is 👍 Het ontbijtbuffet is geweldig met goede kwaliteit koffie en voedsel. Alleen aan de onderkant was de douchehoofd uitgeput en we konden het niet veranderen in de overhoofd mode (de nobe was gebroken)."

"In de kamer past een tweepersoonsbed, maar niet ruim. Het licht is niet helder en op de t****e dag viel er één gordijn af. De klusjesman wilde echter graag helpen en dat was maar goed ook! Graag een gemeenschappelijke ruimte op de begane grond. Locatie is uitstekend!"

"Anything that could go wrong did go wrong!!! For a disabled room there was no power point near the bed. The only available power point in the room was in the bathroom. The air conditioning was manually powered and was positioned above the window so anyone in a wheelchair or that was short could not reach it. The only place to hang up your clothes was on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom was quite large but when I went to put the towel on the hanger it came apart!!!! And the top of the toilet was broken. Then I opened the fridge and it looked like a soda can had exploded and nobody had cleaned it. When I informed the staff member he was very lovely, he came in and cleaned the fridge, gave me a power board and extension cord for the bed which did help. But then in the morning the young staff member on took an hour and half to bring a toasted sandwich to my room after saying it would only be 10mins. He had clearly forgotten about it. So after such a bad experience I asked for my money back!!!!"

"Sadly, got a room in the middle of the building with absolutely no view whatsoever, but the apartment was nice and clean and it had everything that you need! The water pressure was good too, which is a plus, and the receptionists were really friendly!"

"Hotel is in a very good city location with access to light rail, coaches, restaurants and shopping mall within walking distance. Free breakie for kids too which was good and breakfast offer itself was acceptable. Apart from that you'd have to turn a blind eye to the state of the room itself (need to lower your expectations by a lot) , run down bathrooms ( needs major renovation), dusty bedsides and snack bar table, very crowded pool and lack of hotel car spaces."

"Room is clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is great with enough variety and was included in the price. Location is good and very close to all attractions."

"This is the second time I've stayed at Ibis Styles & and unfortunately, my first impression was confirmed. The reception thoughtfully offered me an upgrade from a deluxe queen room to a deluxe king room. To be blunt, I'm not sure where the 'deluxe' came into it. And I was glad not to have booked a standard room. The room was basic beyond description, apart from a king bed. No bedside lamp, opened milk in the fridge, doors hanging off their hinges, bathroom still had hair on the floor, not even a tea spoon. Such a shame as the location is great."

"A lovely place to stay. Very quiet and the staff were very helpful friendly and courteous.  The room was excellent there is however no in room coffee or tea facilities which was a shame."

"Crown Plaza Hotel located near Canberra centre point and next to Glebe Park. It is very convenient for shopping and entertainment. The breakfast buffet offers generous food and drinks."
