酒店在路邊，好找，有地下停車場，但車位不多，有保安大叔指揮停車，是前後的車位，停在前面的車主要把鑰匙給保安大叔，大叔負責挪車。酒店服務挺好。打掃乾淨，前台有問必答。去的時候正好週六，瀾滄街趕擺，過去走路十幾分鍾，1.2公里左右。不遠。離葫蘆廣場，地震紀念碑都很近。離拉祜風情園2公里左右。我們都是走着去的。早餐品種還可以，味道不錯，我們兩天都是九點去吃，離結束十點還有一小時，菜品沒有了，沒看見添，比我們晚下來的客人衹能吃米線米幹現煮的了。建議這塊要及時添菜。酒店還有中飯，但我們出去玩兒，就沒回來吃。不做點評。整體感覺還是不錯的。

✨ 普洱這家酒店太驚喜了！住完想直接續房 這次來普洱出差，隨手訂的酒店居然挖到寶了，必須來誇誇！ 🏨 房間環境：雅緻又舒服 一進房間就被治癒了～整體是新中式風格，暖調燈光+木質紋理，看着就很高級。 床品：床墊軟硬適中，被子蓬鬆又乾淨，枕頭高度也剛好，躺下去秒放鬆，一夜好眠到天亮。 細節：床頭的山水紋床旗和抱枕呼應得恰到好處，牆面的線條設計很有質感，連燈光都做了分層，氛圍感拉滿。 空間：房間寬敞明亮，大窗户採光超棒，還有個小沙發區，癱着追劇、辦公都很舒服。 🧊 配套設施：貼心到骨子裡 茶台：房間里居然配了專屬茶桌！大理石枱麪+全套茶具，晚上泡壺茶看看夜景，普洱的慢生活這不就來了～ 衞浴：乾濕分離做得很到位，洗漱台乾淨整潔，備品齊全，淋浴水大又恆温，洗去一身疲憊超爽。 陽台：最愛的是這個小陽台！木質地板+綠植環繞，晚上吹着風看城市燈火，氛圍感直接拉滿，太適合發呆放空了。 🌟 整體體驗：滿分推薦 從入住到退房都很順暢，房間乾淨無異味，設施新且好用，細節處處透着用心。 在普洱這座慢節奏的城市，住在這裏既能感受到當地的雅緻氛圍，又能享受到舒適的旅居體驗，不管是出差還是旅行都太合適了！ 已經把這家列入我的普洱常駐清單，下次來還住這兒～強烈推薦給來普洱的朋友們！👍

The environment was very comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful view whwre you can see some of the sea of clouds. They give you disposable coverings for you to put on top of the fresh pillow bedding and mattress for extra hygiene which is a nice touch I haven't seen before. Bathroom is very clean, though there are only two toilets and two showers and two sinks, so do note that for busy season, but it wasn't an issue at all during my stay. They provided breakfast too, fresh milk the boss heated for me when I got up, and red sugar glutinous rice cakes wrapped in banana leaves (babas), and it was fun to get ready for the day with new friends on the balcony overlooking the village. I think the environment is very good for meeting new friends and other solo travelers- I arrived at the hostel randomly at the same time as three other girls, and we explored Manghong togetjer on the boss's recommendations for itinerary and sightseeing. And the next day the boss dropped us off at a tea roasting experience, and just as we were heading to Nuogan another girl from the hostel finished her tea roasting session, so we all went to Nuogan togetjer to play. The boss even helped load my luggage onto the shuttle bus so that it could pick me up at a sightseeing spot further down the mountain!

Poor Experience - Constant Smoke and Noise Throughout Stay The Good: Welcome tea upon arrival was a nice touch Complimentary sweet drinks in mini fridge (first day only) Tea and drip coffee sachets provided with kettle Breakfast cakes were fresh and well-made Spacious shower Decent desk and relaxation chair in room Nice gym and roodtop The Bad: MAJOR ISSUE - Smoke Everywhere: The corridor constantly smelled of smoke. Men smoked in the lobby - some appeared to be affiliated with ownership as they treated the place like their own property and staff spoke to them like friends or family. Staff did absolutely nothing to enforce no-smoking policies even after being told. People also smoked in the corridor, and I could smell it from my small window even on the top floor. MAJOR ISSUE - Constant Noise: Lobby and corridors always noisy with loud customers Same men from lobby playing phone calls or video games on speaker very loudly Guests constantly slamming doors at all hours, including early morning - very inconsiderate Large groups being very noisy in corridors Rooster on neighboring rooftop starting early morning (first day) Very regular loud banging noise from ceiling in my room (first day) Drilling noise next door during the day for extended periods Friday night: company party in conference room with dozens of people screaming VERY loud for hours, continuing well into sleep time hours. They were smoking too. Service Issues: Reception staff during check-in seemed unwilling to serve me because I'm not Chinese, making it more difficult for them. I've stayed at plenty of hotels across all Chinese provinces where staff use translation tools - it's not that hard. The service was quite chaotic and time/energy consuming for me. I was told I could request housekeeping at a specific time, so I did. More than one hour later nothing was done, so I asked again and was told ”housekeeping is having lunch now.” Food delivery via robot malfunctioned; food ended up back at reception inside the robot and I had to queue to ask about it Cleanliness Concerns: Cutleries such as forks and spoons in breakfast room looked very dirty Tea mugs in my room had tea residue still in them - they clean the mugs in the sink with their finger which is gross Mini fridge drinks not replenished after first night Facility Issues: Swimming pool closed despite online information saying it should be open Common areas including lobby very cold with no heating - people dress like they're outside. Not comfortable, convenient, or homey Firm mattress (personal preference) Shower handle won't stay in place, keeps moving to the side Limited storage space in room Breakfast finishes a bit early at 10am. Food looks fresh, some egg options if you're vegetarian, but it's mostly Chinese food so quite oily. Cakes are very nice though, seem fresh and well-made. Would not recommend - the smoke and noise issues alone make this place impossible to rest properly.

I would love to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Old Town of Chama. It may be a little tricky to find at first, but just follow Google Maps and you’ll get there easily. From the main gate of the Old Town, it’s only about a 5-minute walk. The hotel itself is quite new and very clean. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom facilities and appliances are all modern and high-quality. The soundproofing is excellent—although you might hear music and dancing outside, once inside the room it’s perfectly quiet. The location strikes a nice balance: slightly away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a few steps from plenty of food stalls and restaurants. What really makes this place special is the owners. They are a warm, welcoming family with parents, an elder sister, and two younger brothers. They don’t speak English, but communication was never a problem—we used Google Translate to chat over cups of delicious tea. If you need anything, you can always ask them. They are very friendly and genuinely do their best to help. แนะนำเลยค่ะสำหรับใครที่มาเที่ยวเมืองเก่า Chama โรงแรมอาจหายากนิดหน่อย แต่เดินตาม Google Maps มาก็เจอไม่ยาก จากประตูเมืองเก่าเดินเพียง 5 นาทีเท่านั้น ที่พักใหม่มาก สะอาด ห้องกว้าง เตียงนอนสบาย อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำและเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าทันสมัย คุณภาพดี ที่สำคัญเก็บเสียงได้ดีมาก ข้างนอกจะมีเสียงเต้นรำบ้าง แต่พอเข้าห้องแล้วเงียบสงบ เดินออกมาไม่กี่ก้าวก็มีของกินเพียบ สิ่งที่ประทับใจที่สุดคือเจ้าของโรงแรมค่ะ เป็นครอบครัวใหญ่ที่น่ารักและอบอุ่นมาก ถึงจะพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้ แต่ก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาเลย ใช้ Google Translate คุยกันสบาย ๆ แถมยังได้ดื่มชาที่อร่อยมากอีกด้วย ถ้ามีปัญหาหรืออยากได้ความช่วยเหลือ พวกเขาพร้อมช่วยเต็มที่จริง ๆ

這次是第二次來了，去年來普洱住這家酒店是在網上看着評論不錯，就訂了這家，結果到了酒店感覺性價比超高，老闆和老闆娘人都很好，給我們推薦了吃的，玩的線路，去景邁山老闆娘又幫我推薦了住宿，位置超好，早上起來出門就能看到雲海，今年老公説還想去普洱，去年住的酒店好睡覺，在家裡每天半夜就醒，去普洱吉客來酒店一夜睡到大天亮，於是約了朋友再次來到普洱，還是住的吉客來，朋友也説這家真的好住，老闆娘熱情，酒店環境温磬，前台每天都有新鮮的水果和小零食，每天遊玩回來有一種回家的感覺，計劃的行程很快就結束了，真的很不想離開，有空還會再來，衹可惜忘了照點酒店的美照，附點景點的美照，再見，普洱，再見，吉客來

When I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made. The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car. When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff. The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion. This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time! One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay. Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.

Originally, i booked only 1 night, with the intention of going onwards to Laos the next day. But i stayed a 2nd night because the room was spacious and the view out of the window was so restful. About the room, I like it that there is a desk i could work from. And that the shower and WC areas are divided by a screen. For the 2nd day, my room was refreshed with used toiletries replenished and towels changed. I wish the guesthouse would implement a system where guests are able to indicate if they wish to use the same towels. I am pro-environment, so if i don't change my towels everyday at home, i don't see the need to do so when i am away. I also like the location as it was easy for me to catch Bus Route 3 to a nearby shopping area (i had KFC breakfast there), cross the road to take Bus Route 8 to Meizi Lake Park. I spent about 3 hours there, including enjoying coffee and cake in the cafe near the entrance to the park. (My biggest regard was i did not get to drink even 1 cup of Pu'er tea while in Pu'er :)) After that I back tracked on Bus Route 8 to change to Bus Route 3 to visit the Tea Horse Ancient City. Then after, I took Bus Route 3 to the shopping centre, had dinner and shopped at Walmart, before catching Bus Route 3 back to the guesthouse. There is a walking/running track just across the road from the guesthouse. Forget about going the full length of the track. Once you see a slope on the right side, walk up there. You will get a nice viewpoint and there is a nice cafe there. If the weather is right, you get to see sunrise too! I went in the morning, the cafe was closed, so did not patronise the place. Had I known about this cafe, i would have gone there on the 1st day. Perhaps the guesthouse operator could do up a map with information of easily assessible places of interest. This could result in longer stays for free and easy travellers. Pu'er is a well planned town/city. I like it and will recommend others to spend some time there. Most importantly, do stay at this guesthouse. The surrounding tea plantations will recharge you!

We had a wonderful three night stay here. Breakfast and dinners are buffet and yummy. For non-speaking Chinese people, it was difficult to work out how to get buses around the park etc. However, previously reviews that I read were positive about this. The woman at the reception desk who gave us her WeChat wasn’t supportive at all, but we figured it out. The tour around the park is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. A bit sad to see that animals were being handled or hand fed if you pay. However, overall, it was a lovely few days.

Shishi B&B ligt in het eeuwenoude dorp Wengji Bulang in de Jingmai-berg. Het dorp wordt bewoond door de lokale bevolking. De locatie van de B&B is uitstekend. Je kunt de zee van wolken zien. De zonsondergang 's avonds is nog mooier. De mensen in de B&B zijn erg gastvrij. 's Avonds koken ze thee rond het fornuis. Het eten van de chef-kok is onberispelijk. Wie van pittig eten houdt, zal zeer tevreden zijn met het eten in de B&B. Het is een zeer afgelegen plek, een paradijs op aarde. Het is er rustig en vredig. Tijdens het regenseizoen kan het dag en nacht miezeren. Het is er gezellig en comfortabel. Een echte aanrader.
