酒店在路邊，好找，有地下停車場，但車位不多，有保安大叔指揮停車，是前後的車位，停在前面的車主要把鑰匙給保安大叔，大叔負責挪車。酒店服務挺好。打掃乾淨，前台有問必答。去的時候正好週六，瀾滄街趕擺，過去走路十幾分鍾，1.2公里左右。不遠。離葫蘆廣場，地震紀念碑都很近。離拉祜風情園2公里左右。我們都是走着去的。早餐品種還可以，味道不錯，我們兩天都是九點去吃，離結束十點還有一小時，菜品沒有了，沒看見添，比我們晚下來的客人衹能吃米線米幹現煮的了。建議這塊要及時添菜。酒店還有中飯，但我們出去玩兒，就沒回來吃。不做點評。整體感覺還是不錯的。

✨ 普洱這家酒店太驚喜了！住完想直接續房 這次來普洱出差，隨手訂的酒店居然挖到寶了，必須來誇誇！ 🏨 房間環境：雅緻又舒服 一進房間就被治癒了～整體是新中式風格，暖調燈光+木質紋理，看着就很高級。 床品：床墊軟硬適中，被子蓬鬆又乾淨，枕頭高度也剛好，躺下去秒放鬆，一夜好眠到天亮。 細節：床頭的山水紋床旗和抱枕呼應得恰到好處，牆面的線條設計很有質感，連燈光都做了分層，氛圍感拉滿。 空間：房間寬敞明亮，大窗户採光超棒，還有個小沙發區，癱着追劇、辦公都很舒服。 🧊 配套設施：貼心到骨子裡 茶台：房間里居然配了專屬茶桌！大理石枱麪+全套茶具，晚上泡壺茶看看夜景，普洱的慢生活這不就來了～ 衞浴：乾濕分離做得很到位，洗漱台乾淨整潔，備品齊全，淋浴水大又恆温，洗去一身疲憊超爽。 陽台：最愛的是這個小陽台！木質地板+綠植環繞，晚上吹着風看城市燈火，氛圍感直接拉滿，太適合發呆放空了。 🌟 整體體驗：滿分推薦 從入住到退房都很順暢，房間乾淨無異味，設施新且好用，細節處處透着用心。 在普洱這座慢節奏的城市，住在這裏既能感受到當地的雅緻氛圍，又能享受到舒適的旅居體驗，不管是出差還是旅行都太合適了！ 已經把這家列入我的普洱常駐清單，下次來還住這兒～強烈推薦給來普洱的朋友們！👍

We were so glad that we stay in Pu'er DeTing Boutique Hotel, the hotel offered an exceptional stay with its impeccable hospitality. We were welcomed with genuine warmness as we stepped into the entrance of the hotel, every staff at the reception greeted us with enthusiasm. One came out to help us wiht our luggages, another offered tea while we checked in. The thoughtful touches started from the lobby area - seasonal fresh fruits, freshly brewed Pu'er tea, ice creams, bottled drinking water (do not have to keep asking from reception) and ammenities such as cotton pad for face, floss/picks for teeth etc ... to the herbal foot soak, washing detergents, and sanitized towels in the room. What truly sets this hotel apart is the proactive staff—always going above and beyond with personalized service. The stay came with daily laundry service (a fantastic perk) and three meals offering superb dining experience with an extensive breakfast spread, lunch and supper (served from 7:30 PM to 10 PM). They were also generous, I asked for price for inviting friend to join me for breakfast, they replied to go ahead - free. The hotel’s attention to detail shines through in every aspects, the staff's responsiveness to WeChat requests is impressively prompt, and the housekeeping team (especially the friendly ”aunties”) adds a warm, welcoming vibe. Upon checking out, the staff proactively took our luggages and walked with us to the waiting point, helped to put our cases into the cab and sent information on DeTing at our next destination. We felt our stay in DeTing made our time in Pu'er more memorable and special. So glad we stayed there.

Poor Experience - Constant Smoke and Noise Throughout Stay The Good: Welcome tea upon arrival was a nice touch Complimentary sweet drinks in mini fridge (first day only) Tea and drip coffee sachets provided with kettle Breakfast cakes were fresh and well-made Spacious shower Decent desk and relaxation chair in room Nice gym and roodtop The Bad: MAJOR ISSUE - Smoke Everywhere: The corridor constantly smelled of smoke. Men smoked in the lobby - some appeared to be affiliated with ownership as they treated the place like their own property and staff spoke to them like friends or family. Staff did absolutely nothing to enforce no-smoking policies even after being told. People also smoked in the corridor, and I could smell it from my small window even on the top floor. MAJOR ISSUE - Constant Noise: Lobby and corridors always noisy with loud customers Same men from lobby playing phone calls or video games on speaker very loudly Guests constantly slamming doors at all hours, including early morning - very inconsiderate Large groups being very noisy in corridors Rooster on neighboring rooftop starting early morning (first day) Very regular loud banging noise from ceiling in my room (first day) Drilling noise next door during the day for extended periods Friday night: company party in conference room with dozens of people screaming VERY loud for hours, continuing well into sleep time hours. They were smoking too. Service Issues: Reception staff during check-in seemed unwilling to serve me because I'm not Chinese, making it more difficult for them. I've stayed at plenty of hotels across all Chinese provinces where staff use translation tools - it's not that hard. The service was quite chaotic and time/energy consuming for me. I was told I could request housekeeping at a specific time, so I did. More than one hour later nothing was done, so I asked again and was told ”housekeeping is having lunch now.” Food delivery via robot malfunctioned; food ended up back at reception inside the robot and I had to queue to ask about it Cleanliness Concerns: Cutleries such as forks and spoons in breakfast room looked very dirty Tea mugs in my room had tea residue still in them - they clean the mugs in the sink with their finger which is gross Mini fridge drinks not replenished after first night Facility Issues: Swimming pool closed despite online information saying it should be open Common areas including lobby very cold with no heating - people dress like they're outside. Not comfortable, convenient, or homey Firm mattress (personal preference) Shower handle won't stay in place, keeps moving to the side Limited storage space in room Breakfast finishes a bit early at 10am. Food looks fresh, some egg options if you're vegetarian, but it's mostly Chinese food so quite oily. Cakes are very nice though, seem fresh and well-made. Would not recommend - the smoke and noise issues alone make this place impossible to rest properly.

When I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made. The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car. When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff. The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion. This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time! One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay. Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.

This was probably the best hotel I stayed in Yunnan so far. To start, the room was incredibly clean, new, spacious, and most importantly comfortable, the bed was comfortable and clean when I got there. On top of this, the amenities within the room are amazing, AI assisted curtain and light activation, strong and fast AC system. The bathroom was huge and had individual rooms for the shower and toilet. The shower area had everything needed and was very spacious. Tons of kits for shaving, vanity, and all that you would need for a hotel stay. Even more, there was an air purifier and majiang table. If you order delivery there is a robot that sends the food to your room. Staff were very friendly and dependable, gifts were given during leaving, there was also a free breakfast and bridge crossing rice noodle kit that you could order anytime, very tasty! Lastly, and also very important for travelers, the location is superb, being situated close to the city center and only a 15 minute drive from the train station and opposite side of town. Very convenient!! The area is also quiet and relatively clean.

Geweldige locatie, fijne sfeer en de wasmachine en droger zijn van Siemens en Haier. Ruime kamers en een goede waterdruk in de douche! We verbleven voor Nieuwjaarsdag met onze oudere familieleden in Yunnan in Changlu vanwege de uitstekende service, locatie en omgeving! We zijn na Nieuwjaarsdag teruggekomen! Bij de receptie liggen oordopjes, oogmaskers, handcrème, haarelastiekjes, enz. Er is ook afternoon tea, koffie en een zelfbedieningskoekjesbar! De eigenaar is echt geweldig 👍 en erg gul! Het personeel bij de receptie is allemaal erg aardig 👍, attent, geduldig en behulpzaam!

Very good stay at Lantingyuan Hotel. The hotel is new and has a modern elegant design, with spacious common areas. The furniture is tasteful and focused on tea style. Also a tea showroom space (open for selling goods) Service and responsiveness: - The staff promptly accommodated requests for two additional pillows. - We requested a quiet room away from the elevator, which was arranged successfully. Room and amenities: - The room features a thoughtful layout, with a separated shower and toilet. - The view is striking in the evenings, especially with the colorful LED lights from the neighboring hotel building. - Clean room Check-in and dining: - Check-in was fast. - We were offered one breakfast for two people for free during our two-night stay. - Free ice cream in the hall was a pleasant surprise. Minor drawback: - The minibar/fridge is not present, which is common in some hotels in China. Overall impression: - A very good stay with attentive staff and a strong design-forward vibe. Would consider returning for future visits.

Its a newly renovated hotel though outside looks depleted. The room is large and I like the toilet bowl as its auto matic wash for you. Therr is free laundry at 2nd floor. The hotel serve dinner which is noodles daily for free. Breakfast is typical Chinese style breakfast and the hotel manager ask us to take away some eggs, sweet potato and bao for our 7 hrs train ride. Also you can ask for free train station transfer from the hotel. Good for holiday people to stay.

Out of expectation!! Jingmai mountain is not yet well developed as a tourist destination (which makes it more original and peaceful too). So I didn’t expect anything like Xiangongjia - the hotel is well furnished and designed with professional hotel management. The local owner is very friendly too and organised the fire dance on our first night. The restaurant in the hotel is incredible too - tasty and clean - a level I had never expected just in my hotel and not even in this less developed tourist destination - so we spend 2 nights here - so continent when it is less dangerous drive during night time in mountain area. The manager also helped me to prepare a bday cake for my friend and made tea for us. And thanks for sharing your and this hotel’s story. If you have the budget, this is definitely your best choice.
