Je kunt een pakketje van Taobao naar het hotel sturen voordat je incheckt. De pakketjes worden ontvangen en in een doos bij de incheckbalie geplaatst - je kunt ze zelf pakken. Er is ook een robot die je pakket naar je kamer brengt. Het hotel is momenteel in renovatie, dus de lift is nogal rommelig. Ik was verrast dat er gezichtsreiniger, make-up remover, haargel en wasmiddel op de kamer aanwezig waren. Ik durfde het niet te gebruiken, maar vond het een leuke attentie. Er is een koffiezetapparaat en thee in de lobby. Er wordt avondeten geserveerd van 21:00 tot 23:00 uur, maar ik heb dat tijdens mijn verblijf gemist, dus daar kan ik geen beoordeling over geven.

Het hotel is erg nieuw, de kamer is schoon, het landschap buiten het raam is prachtig, het ontbijt bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping en de smaak is oké. Ik vergat de datakabel toen ik wegging. Gelukkig hoefde ik dat niet te doen ga ver om terug te gaan om het te halen. De vloerkelner bracht het naar buiten. Bedankt!

De kamer was erg schoon en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De schoonmaakster was vriendelijk en makkelijk te bereiken. Er was een gratis waterdispenser bij de receptie, evenals koffie, geurthee en mineraalwater. Toen ik vertrok, hielp de ober me zelfs met het verplaatsen van mijn bagage en gaf me een kleine elektrische ventilator. Ik was vooral ontroerd door het feit dat ik 's nachts zo slaperig was, en de ober bij de receptie waste en droogde mijn kleren. Ik hoefde 's ochtends alleen maar op te staan ​​en ze bij de receptie op te halen. Een dikke duim omhoog! De kinderen zeiden dat ze hier weer zouden verblijven als ze naar Ningbo komen. Het was een zeer bevredigend verblijf. Ningbo is geweldig en we komen de volgende keer zeker terug.

I couldn’t leave! The views ,the beautiful spacious rooms! A 10/10 from me. It is absolutely perfect for a photoshoot, I took so many nice photos. I had such a great experience, the staff is really friendly. When I ordered food they sent it to my room immediately after delivery. Communication with the staff was flawless , they used a translator, others can speak English.Fast and quick check in process . Xinyi was so nice, very helpful. Breakfast was good, but hopefully there can be more western food in the restaurant. There’s a big shopping mall next to the hotel, walkable distance which makes the location even more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities are very complete, the things you need are all equipped, the details are also very intimate, the commonly used equipment is new, the start is smooth and not stuck, and it is particularly easy to use. The waiter is on call, the attitude is enthusiastic and will not overly disturb, the whole experience is full, and I will definitely come again next time ～

I enjoyed my stay here. They fulfilled my request and were very accommodating. My room was spacious and had a very good view. The pool was in good condition and the front desk staff were fantastic! The area is both clean and quiet, and there are numerous shops nearby. The Hankyu Mall can be found 600 meters away. I would definitely stay here again. 👌🥳

Room is very clean. Location is also not bad. Hotel has free parking lot that is very convenient. Fare is very cheap. Totally it’s ok to recommend.
