"Overall, everything was good except for one issue. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, we had to check out one night early. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not provide any refund for the unused night, which amounted to approximately RMB 1,500 (around ₹20,000). What disappointed me most was the management’s attitude regarding the cancellation request. I also submitted refund requests through Trip.com twice, but both were rejected. le the stay itself was satisfactory, the lack of flexibility and customer support in handling an emergency situation left a very negative impression."

Food was fresh and delicious, with excellent South Indian breakfast and multi-cuisine dinner options. Quiet location away from the market crowds, yet only a short drive to main attractions. "It's not ooty at all and it’s not a resort, may be a mini resort. I found it very unprofessional of them as they weren't yet ready to welcome guests since it was under construction. I don’t think they have trained staff to look after their guest . They've got a fancy menu card, but there's nothing in the kitchen. After taking your order, they'll come back and say, "sorrrry sir, we don't have what you ordered..." and sell you something random you may not like, but you had to get because it's the limited options."

"This is the 3rd time here. This should say a lot about the place, its service and staff. Jungle Hut is a home away from one. The staff is polite, tentative and keeps their guests comfortable. Being on the periphery of Mudumalai forest, it is ideal for family and friends. Personally found it to be a breath of fresh air compared to the loud guests in many of the hotels these days. And if this is not enough for you book this place, come over for its food. Everything you taste will only elevate your taste for that dish. A special Thank you to Shruti, Aniket for keeping all their guests feel at home. The brilliant Guide Rakesh. Wonderful to go on trails with his wisdom of the wilderness. The gifted Masseuses. "I had a wonderful time at La Niebla Farm Resort. The place is surrounded by beautiful greenery and misty hills, making it very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with great views of nature. The food was fresh and delicious, made from local ingredients. I enjoyed walking around the farm, exploring the area, and relaxing by the bonfire in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would love to visit again!"

"So we stayed for one night, and it was ok, but the rooms just felt dingy, they had bars on the windows and were very small. The toilet seat was broken. The pool wasn't that clean. You had to order food and they brought it to your room or a very small dining room. I think this could be a beautiful little hotel, but they seem to have just concentrated on the pool area and nothing else. It's in a beautiful area surrounded by tea plantations and nature, and it would have been amazing to eat a nice dinner out looking over the views. Also, there seemed to be one girl doing everything (she was lovely though). We booked a mountain view room, but apparently got upgraded to a "pool view" I would rather have looked at the lovely surroundings than lots of plastic. Sorry sandalo."

"*) We stayed here in June 2026 and, overall, had a wonderful experience. The property is stunning, exceptionally well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it a perfect place to unwind. *) The complimentary Ooty apples, soft drinks stocked in the refrigerator, jackfruit chips, and ample drinking water were thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. *) Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. It included both a private balcony and a sit-out area, allowing us to fully enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding meadows and valleys. Watching clouds drift across the landscape was one of the highlights of our stay. *) The entire property is incredibly photogenic and "Instagram-worthy." The views from the restaurant are particularly spectacular, and the swimming pool was crystal clear and impeccably maintained. *) There are plenty of recreational options available, including outdoor games, swings, nature walks, evening Housie sessions, and several other activities, some complimentary and some paid. *) A common bonfire is lit every evening around 7:00 PM. During rainy weather, it is thoughtfully relocated closer to the reception area so guests can continue to enjoy it. *) The complimentary high tea served at 5:00 PM deserves special mention. After a long journey, it was exactly what we needed on the day of our arrival. The spread was surprisingly extensive, and everything was fresh, flavourful, and well-prepared. My mother still fondly remembers the Mirchi Pakodas and sandwiches served there. *) Breakfast was included in our package and featured an extensive spread with plenty of variety. The food was consistently delicious, and the restaurant staff were efficient, attentive, and quick to clear tables. *) We also tried the dinner buffet and were equally impressed with the quality and variety of dishes on offer. The only area that could use improvement is the dessert section, which would benefit from a wider selection of traditional Indian sweets. *) The hospitality throughout the property was outstanding. Most staff members were warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. Requests were handled promptly, and the service contributed significantly to the overall experience. *) Nature lovers will particularly appreciate this property. The lush gardens, abundant birdlife, and peaceful surroundings create a serene atmosphere. Waking up each morning to the sound of birds chirping was incredibly relaxing. *) Guests staying with drivers will be pleased to know that, according to our driver, complimentary accommodation and meals were provided, and he was quite satisfied with both. *) Hotel guests are also entitled to a 10% discount on the buffet, so it is worth asking about this when dining. Areas for Improvement: *) The reception experience was inconsistent. While check-in was efficient, the staff member assisting us seemed unfamiliar with several basic room features. For example, "

"Goed- De gastvrijheid en de normen van taj werden zeer goed onderhouden. De tuin is prachtig. Ontbijt was geweldig!! Niet zo goed - de 2 slaapkamer suite had slechts één badkamer en de suites zijn midden in de receptie. Geen privacy in die zin. De individuele kamers zijn veel beter"

Do check out their in house natural products, shampoo and moisturizer is highly recommended. They have guided Jeep rides in the tea estates, do take it for breathtaking views. "Fantastisch op een heuvel rond de 20 minuten lopen naar de stad (bepaalde dat we een rickshaw terug krijgen). We konden geen eieren voor ontbijt bestellen tot onze tweede ochtend (die ze niet aanbiedden op de eerste ochtend). Cake bij het ontbijt was juist. De badkamer was niet gereinigd bij aankomst en er waren splatters op de muur boven het thee-/koffiegebied. We gingen ook laat op de middag terug om onderhoudswerkzaamheden op ons balkon te vinden - het vond dat dit had kunnen worden gedaan na checkout! Fantastisch. We hebben een nacht gegeten in het restaurant en het eten was zeer goed. De hoge belastingen in Tamil Nadu toegevoegd aan de prijs (bijna 25%) dus denk er aan. Cocktails weee uitstekend. We hebben de ochtend ’hike’ gemaakt, waar we goed voor moesten komen. We hebben een warm waterfles meegebracht op onze tweede nacht, wat een prachtige verrassing was. Thee & biscuits served between 5 & 5.30pm which was a nice touch although more of the breakfast cake would have been good. Ik zou u aanbevelen hier te blijven als kamers, locatie & restaurant zijn uitstekende."

"Het hotel is gelegen in een rustige plaats met uitzicht op Valley. De kamers werden in een koloniale Britse stijl geteemd, die geweldig is. Ze waren schoon en goed onderhouden. De kamer had ruime ruimte voor een familie van vier om te blijven. Het hotelteam was erg handig en we hebben een uitstekende gastvrijheid gehad. Dit hotel is voor mensen die een rustige en rustige verblijf willen. Mensen met kleine kinderen kunnen anderen voorkeuren omdat er geen speelruimte, zwembad of andere dergelijke voorzieningen, omdat dit geen resort is. Maar ik zou willen suggereren dat ze een kleine ruimte kunnen hebben voor sommige binnenspelen zoals Chess, Carrom, TT enz. Het hotel heeft een ruime parkeerplaats voor de gasten. Het ontbijt was fatsoenlijk verspreid. Ze hebben ook een kleine verzameling boeken voor boekliefhebbers."
