Housekeeping was prompt and the rooms were spotless daily. Rooms are spacious with heaters, 24/7 hot water, and cozy beds – ideal for Ooty weather. Food was fresh and delicious, with excellent South Indian breakfast and multi-cuisine dinner options. Quiet location away from the market crowds, yet only a short drive to main attractions. Big thanks to the entire Fortune Ooty team for the hospitality. It felt like home. Highly recommend for families and couples. We’ll definitely be back."

"Het hotel heeft een zeer rustig verblijf in Ayatana Ooty. Het appartement is uitstekend en de kamers zijn zeer goed gemaakt - het balkon, het uitzicht, de jacuzzi en de berglucht rondom was gewoon perfect. Het is op een zeer goede locatie en was gewoon de ontspannende ervaring nodig. Een goede medewerker in het gebouw en een soepele reservering ervaring, waar Mohammed Mateen was v helpend met hicups ook. Een punt dat verbetering nodig is is voedsel - verscheidenheid wijs in het buffet, evenals menuopties uitbreiding, die ze zei was tijdelijk. Ook weinig dingen uit het beperkte menu waren niet beschikbaar. Geen verbeteringspunten rusten, zeker een moet blijven"

"Great location. The hotel is on a hill slope. Very good view of the valley from the rooms. One could even see the Toy Train that goes from Ooty to Coonoor. Staff is very good, caring and attentive. Room cleanliness is good. The food can be better. Breakfast is average. Rooms and room amenities overall are comfort, not towards luxury."

"It was an Enid Blyton world of fairy trees and majestic mountains and lacy clouds complete with a dreamy chalet but here the difference begins the chalet aka rooms were very practically and thoughtfully made with air condition and solar panelled geysers and mosquitoe meshes on windows and fluffy beds and exotic fragrant bath accessories and utterly clean and hygienic living quarters. The staff was friendly extremely helpful and very thoughtful The pool was more a fairy pond really with a surreal charm of mountains and sky around it yet with a wonderful cleansing system Books and puzzles for children and reading selections for adults and a woody dining hall with scrumptious food ,you name they had it And the walk through the jungle that is a chargeable treck with the in house naturalist was amazing There were deers board ,birds ,eagles and owls In and around the property.on the way to the resort we spotted elephants,monkeys ,langoors,peacocks,barking dears,giant squirrels and even a turkey...so it's a lovely place to decompress specially with family and toddlers would also enjoy."

"So we stayed for one night, and it was ok, but the rooms just felt dingy, they had bars on the windows and were very small. The toilet seat was broken. The pool wasn't that clean. You had to order food and they brought it to your room or a very small dining room. I think this could be a beautiful little hotel, but they seem to have just concentrated on the pool area and nothing else. It's in a beautiful area surrounded by tea plantations and nature, and it would have been amazing to eat a nice dinner out looking over the views. Also, there seemed to be one girl doing everything (she was lovely though). We booked a mountain view room, but apparently got upgraded to a "pool view" I would rather have looked at the lovely surroundings than lots of plastic. Sorry sandalo."

"I was travelling with my husband and 3 year old kid for 2 nites to Ooty and booked this villa....Worst experience for paying for a such a huge amount ..... Coordinator was pathetic... Location was extremely inside, we actually requested police *** to allow us in that area....... Cleanliness, hygiene and room condition was pathetic.... Washroom was stinking bad, no toiletries , glass was dirty.... Flies inside the room.... AC was not working... Room was claustrophobic cz no ventilation no proper fans system ..... My kid was sweating whole nite cz no fans or AC ... We spoke to coordinator Ms. ANU immediately but she said she will fix it tomorrow and we need to adjust tonite.... we asked her if still the AC is not working than she said ...We told her that we will stay here tonite and request you to refund the 2nd nite amount ... She SAID said it's NON REFUNDABLE....she can only do the favour of refunding 1k as amount we paid 16k for two nites... We told her it will not be possible to stay as my we are not comfortable with the room condition... ANU said it's our choice but AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.... We checkout from this villa immediately next morning... I am suprise that such people or villas chains are working here were GUEST are told TO ADJUST even though we are paying for it. We told her that we will put the consumer fraudulent case on ANU and villa farms to make sure NO OTHER CUSTOMERS are fooled around........"

Do check out their in house natural products, shampoo and moisturizer is highly recommended. They have guided Jeep rides in the tea estates, do take it for breathtaking views. Will be certainly back soon :)"

"This is like a homestay without food! The room was spacious and comfortable but no heater was available. We had stayed at the premium deluxe room but no good hospitality was received in terms of frequent checking on things like beverages or if we need anything else from them. It was non-professional! Also there is no arrangement of food on this property. There is a attached restaurant called Madras Rasoi which serves decent food but they are serving only on limited time slots. When you book a hotel you expect to get better treatment but unfortunately there is no such scope. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who is fond of hotels. This is ideal for people who are mostly sightseeing and doesn't expect much in terms of hospitality from the hotel! Thanks."

"We hebben hier 2 dagen gebleven. De locatie is uitstekend omdat we de hele stad met een duistere tuin kunnen zien van de hele ochtend. De kamerservice was fatsoenlijk, maar op de tweede dag na de schoonmaak van de kamer leverden ze geen toiletten en toen we gevraagd werden, leverden ze alleen zeep en vertelden ons ook dat je handdoek zeer vuil maakte. Het ontbijt heeft een fatsoenlijke verscheidenheid aan items en de smaak was ook goed . Het diner was betaald en eten maar het menu bevatte veel minder opties voor groenten en de prijzen waar zeer hoog en voedsel niet de prijs waard . Ook omdat ooty is wat koud dan andere steden, maar ze hebben geen geschikt verwarmingssysteem geleverd."
