All is great just that bed size is too small for a couple and a child.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Beverly Villa, Ooty We had a wonderful stay at Beverly Villa, Ooty. The property is beautifully located with stunning hill views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our experience even better. The ambience of the villa is calm and refreshing, ideal for families and couples. Even though there is no in-house restaurant, food delivery is easily available, so it was not an issue at all. The location is also very convenient, close to major tourist spots in Ooty. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ooty! 🌄✨

Cons. Washroom was terrible.. Iron water...yellow water Shower was not working.. Hot water was irregular.. they was charging extra for room heater and tea. Pros Good view..room was nice..

We booked to suit rooms one was a family suit and the other was a grand suite.....Was really surprised that the family suit had 2 rooms with one queen cot, a dining table with 4 chairs ....a small working table with chair and a bath room ....with a small pathway to kids room with 2 single cots also with a bath room....the rooms were large and clean with all amenities....the mountain view was breath taking and the hotel located in a quite place.....we thoroughly enjoyed staying there 2 nights .....the quality of service offered from the helper to the front office manager was really excellent....it is also value for money .....would rate the hotel 10/10.....will stay with the same hotel during my next visit

Amazing Hotel with maximum amenities , in room drinking water purifier , oven , kettle , reclining sofas , lots more . Highly recommended property for stay in Ooty . Newly constructed, well maintained , reasonably priced . Covered car parking

Location is very good. Can reach anywhere.no hotel inside which is a big negative particularly for breakfast.inhouse entertainment nothing much.room warmer is charged extra which should not be for a hill resort.channels as required will be added so no issue thr.parking is available underground but bit tricky for big vehicles.anyway ok as enough space is thr in total.overall ok place for stay for few days.

Our experience with the most expensive room in the hotel: 1. Rodents (possibly rats) in the ceiling - They were running around and making noises all night long. 2. Bad drinking water - dirty water from the in-room purifier. 3. Unclean rooms, bathrooms, and mattresses. The comforter is filthy, they just change the cover, not the filthy comforter itself. 4. Bad tap water - brown color dirty water from taps. 5. Damaged fixtures in the room - TV has no visuals, just audio. The intercom is broken. 6. Non-existent hot water - we tried for an hour, but no luck. Most of us couldn't even take a bath. 7. If we wish to use a room warmer, they'll bill us separately even though we're paying over 6500 rupees per night for a room. 8. No restaurants in the hotel, so we'll have to depend on food delivery platforms for even breakfast. 9. If booked online, they'll call and message frequently to make the payment in advance and threaten to cancel the booking in 24 hours if not paid. 10. We left the very next day even though we paid for 2 rooms for 2 days. And they don't care about why. We didn't even bother to ask for any refunds. All we wanted was to leave the place immediately

If a customer writes a negative review, management will send personally insulting and disgusting WhatsApp messages, instead of apologizing for having a bad experience.
