"We stayed in room 2 for a week while we were waiting for our house to complete and after reading the reviews wasn't expecting much. We can safely say the reviews must be of a different place, from booking the room we were greeted by the manager, who was very friendly, polite and professional, he showed us to our room explained how we get in after ours etc, nothing seemed to much trouble for him or his staff During our stay we never wanted for anything, if we needed fresh towels, more tea and coffee etc we just asked and within minutes it was with us, the room was tidy and clean and cosy, I would have no worries about staying here again"

"We hebben een cursus gehad bij de Swansea Society Building Arena, omdat we rijden, er zijn geen problemen om naar het centrum te komen, maar ik denk dat het heel moeilijk kan zijn met het openbaar vervoer. Het is heel ver van Mumbles."

"Bezoekt voor ontbijt op woensdag en hield van het dus ging op donderdag terug voor ‘Steak Night’. Kwaliteit, service en waarde is geweldig! Helpt ons caravan reis naar Wales extra speciaal. Personeel zijn prachtig en onze twee labradors waren ook welkom. Hij zal zeker op onze volgende reis weer bezoeken."
