Towers Hotel & Spa

We booked a family birthday in the restaurant and with over 20+ family members attending, we expected at least one issue. However the entire Sunday lunch was fantastic. The food and ambience was amazing, but best of all were the restaurant/ bar staff. From the restaurant manager to the young waiters/waitresses, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank the staff enough. Best family lunch in years.

The menu provides a balanced selection of dishes, ranging from a comforting starter to a satisfying main course and a classic dessert. The creamy mushroom soup is likely rich and flavorful, setting a warm tone for the meal. The roast chicken with herb butter is a timeless favorite, and paired with roasted vegetables, it creates a hearty and fulfilling main course. Finally, the apple pie with vanilla ice cream offers a sweet and indulgent finish to the meal. Overall, it's a well-rounded Chris**as menu that delivers deliciousness without overspending.

Very tired and neglected, has seen better days and in need of refurbishment and inves**ent. Awkward configuration as guests in the furthest block need to battle the elements to get to the breakfast area which is at the far extreme of the complex. Found a bedside lamp out on check in and rips in one pillowcase and cushion. The TV was not working as expected. Public area carpets were dirty and in need of deep cleaning or renewal. Dinner was not memorable it took ages to get served and after a long wait for the food to arrive it was cold and quite dry. Cooked breakfast was strange in as much as a buffet was laid out but cordoned off so as a member of staff would need to serve you when they eventually appeared. Croissants were stale and dry. Some staff were obviously not enjoying their lot. Certainly not a holiday or family orientated Hotel, clientele were mainly contract workers during our stay.

We recently held my fathers 70 th birthday celebrations here . We couldn’t fault the Food ,service and attention to detail all of which were outstanding! Special thanks to Chloe , Cerys S , Sean and Ashley who really gave us first class service . Thanks to everyone at the towers for a wonderful stay .

This restaurant has never disappointed us! Both the quality of the meals and the welcoming and polite staff makes this place a joy to visit. The meals were well presented with a good choice on the menu. Although very busy mid-day, there was no pressure. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

my wife and i spent the weekend here returning home today. From the moment we checked in around 2 p.m. on Friday until we left after a wonderful sunday lunch today every aspect of our stay was top class. The greeting we received on arrival was warm and friendly and to be told that we had received a free upgrade to a junior suite for our weekend stay to celebrate my birthday.! The room on the 3 rd floor was beautiful with a nice sitting area and 2 sky t.v. sets, the bed a massive Queen size was very comfortable, and the bathroom large and modern with a huge bath and a large walk in shower equipped with a Japaneese shower system .....Bliss. We had a light lunch prior to check in which was very nice, and the supper we had on Friday evening was divine with very slick and friendly service. The Breakfast was also very good with a great choice of hot / cold and the bar had a great range of beers cider and lager on hand.We used the Spa on Saturday afternoon and the area was spotless and tranquil and the facilities all lovely. There is a bus stop immediately outside the grounds and we took the bus into swansea for a few hours whilst we were there , and the service ran hourly, it could also take you to Neath town centre in the opposite direction. We attended the Neil Diamond tribute show on Saturday evening which was packed out and the food organisation a 3 meat carvery with extremely generous meat helpings was excellent and swiftly organised 2 tables at a time in opposing service areas got everyone fed in no time at all. The plates were hot needing napkins to carry them and the food was really top notch! yummy. All the staff were truly excellent and provided excellent service with a passion and are to be commended. Well done Team Towers Hotel Swansea. Highly recommended.

Booked with friends for a Neil Diamond tribute night. Entertainment was brilliant, lovely 2 course meal, large comfy clean room (a little bit dated) but couldn't fault anything. Lovely breakfast which was good quality, plenty of choice with good service throughout. Will definitely go back. The tribute act exceeded my expectations and entertained everyone with a great disco afterwards. Great value for money!

The grounds around are hotel are lovely, the ladies on reception were lovely and welcoming, the room was great, bed was a little uncomfortable though. Lovely bottle of prosseco in the room for us inside an ice bucket, lovely touch :) food was ok my husband had a curry but was very dry, I had BBQ chicken which was tasteless, the leisure facilities were lovely, the pool, steam room etc ladies changing room didn't have any privacy in them for you to change into and out of swim wear, the lady on the spa reception wasn't very approachable and because we didn't book any spa trea**ents there wasn't any loungers available around the pool area as these had been reserved for spa customers (wasn't made aware of this when booking). Breakfast was lovely and the ladies and gentlemen who run the bar area were very efficient and approachable and explained everything to us so thank you for this.

Stayed a few nights from 1st March on our wedding anniversary .Went to tribute night Tom Jones good fun and excellent food . Used the spa and swimming pool was good . Had full massage 1 hour was Excellent . Good food in evening meal . I recommend this Hotel to stay for a few days .
