Mountain view-hotels in Ito

"It’s a very charming place with a real wabi-sabi atmosphere - simple, quiet, and full of nostalgic beauty. Quite old-fashioned, but well maintained. This spot became popular on a Russian platform, so there are many tourists from Russia ( me as well) . When I visited the onsen, there were seven people in total - all Russian girls. Overall, it doesn’t stop you from having a great rest. However, it’s not really suitable for a honeymoon, as my husband and I were separated the whole time — there are no mixed onsens for men and women, probably because the place is now mostly visited by foreigners. When we checked out, they kindly drove us back to the station. I left with a complete sense of relaxation. Thank you!"

"Stayed 2 nights at this lovely place. Hotel was very near the train station and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The staff at this hotel were warm and I felt really taken care of. We were able to understand each other with simple English and Japanese. My room was spacious and had a great view of the sea and sunrise! The onsen in the room was big and I had a good time soaking in it. On my check out day, the staff gave me a back of kiwis that were farmed by the owner of the hotel. Would love to come back here again when I have chance!"

"Het is ongeveer 5-10 minuten lopen vanaf station Ito. Het wordt niet aanbevolen om 's nachts alleen te lopen, omdat de straten zo donker zijn. Er zijn grote supermarkten en 7 Chai in de buurt van het hotel. Er zijn veel restaurants in de buurt, maar de meeste sluiten na 21.00 uur. De kamer is erg groot en heeft een eigen badkamer. Het ontbijt is een buffet met veel keuzes en smaakt goed. Ik heb gisteravond om 23.00 uur ingecheckt. De service was goed en het is de moeite waard om opnieuw in te checken"

"酒店地理位置很不錯，離大室山和仙人掌動物園很近酒店環境安靜清幽！衞生很好很乾凈，房間的佈置也很温馨。 老闆唐屋大叔人超級温柔體貼，服務超好，車站包接送，衹要提前告訴他到達的時間，他能準時到達車站接你。大晚上大叔還主動送我們去附近的温泉，很不錯的温泉，有泥浴和好幾個池子。 如果想在酒店吃飯要提前預約。大叔的手藝超級好，晚飯都是中國家常菜，在日本嚐到了家的味道！早餐是西式的營養早餐，味道很不錯而且營養均衡！第二天也把我們送到了附近的仙人掌動物園，最後我們回到車站還幫我們把寄存的行李送了過來。 唐屋無微不至，細膩體貼的服務，還有舒適的房間，真的讓我感覺住在家裡一樣。推薦！下次來一定還住這裏👍🏼👍🏼"

"A simple hotel but it has everything you need. Definitely better to stay here than in a guest house that you share with others or a small cramped capsule if you are solo travelling. The room itself was very spacious. If I come back to Ito, I will book here again."

"The hotel is located close to the Ito downtown, we were driving so it wasn't an issue. There are plenty of parking at the hotel. The ryokan is well maintained, it doesn't feel old, the onsen are properly modernized and clean. The room is HUGE which, with many functional areas, it was very pleasant room. There is also a private onsen as well for family or couples for a small fee. The private onsen has a good traditional style to it and it was open-air . There are also a chair for old people and toys for kids, so it's well thought out. Many people seems to like to have their dinner at the private eating room on first floor, so we did the same. They had one service person per 2-3 rooms maybe so we were well serviced, and the guy was very nice. I remember meeting him for dinner, and he realized we can only speak English, so the next morning when we met him again for breakfast, it looks like he made note in his notebook so he can properly introduce the dishes to us in English. I could feel the dedication so thank you to the man."

"Host provided shuttle services to and fro from the station as well as certain places of attractions, which made the location not much of an issue. 10/10 would recommend as the hosts were really friendly and rooms were in excellent condition!"
