"Excellent Ocean views from our Room. Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more. Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food. Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks. You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby. No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services."

"For this trip to Mount Putuo for blessings, I stayed at the newly opened Huajianling Guanzizai Hotel on the island. I booked it with a bit of a 'blind box' mentality since it just opened, but the actual experience far exceeded my expectations! The driver responsible for the pier transfer was very chatty, actively helped with our luggage, and immediately offered bottled water as soon as we got in the car. When checking in at the front desk, Ms. Liu Yuanyuan from the front desk proactively upgraded us to a family room. The room was spacious, and the no-main-light design was quite good, with soft warm light creating a serene, Zen-like atmosphere without being harsh on the eyes. The bedding was also excellent, soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom was clean with a dry/wet separation and no unpleasant odors. During our two-day stay, the front desk would proactively offer bottled water and wet wipes every time we left. In the evening, after returning to the hotel, the staff would bring fresh, seasonal fruit. And when checking out, they even gave us a lovely small gift! These little details all add up, truly showing the hotel's thoughtful hospitality! After this stay, everything—the facilities, service, and genuine care—was commendable. The next time I come to Mount Putuo, I will choose this place again. Finally, a big thank you again to Ms. Liu Yuanyuan at the front desk and the entire hotel staff team!"

"Our experience at Angsana Zhoushan has been extremely positive: facilities are new, hotel is spotless and moreover it is dog friendly! The food is also fresh and tasty. We especially appreciated the front desk team, who were consistently helpful and accommodating with all our requests. We would also like to thank the gentleman at the entrance—always kind, attentive, and ready to take us around in the hotel’s shuttle cart. "Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)"

"The stay was okay the only thing we noticed was that it was a bit dirty, as there were marks on the floor, a fake eyelash on the floor, and a rubber band left hanging in the shower. It made it feel as if the room was cleaned in a rush. But overall it was ok to make do with the room for one night, the staff is also quite responsive on WeChat."
