"We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced."

"Very friendly and helpful reception counter services. They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person. I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver). Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf."

"We are here to visit the putuo island. Prefer to stay around the town than in the island itself. The room is clean and nice, standard Atour configuration if you know what I mean. Front desk was apologetic due to some issues with one of my families member passport until the police have to call and verified. The front desk was not experience enough but they did provide us a free breakfast the next following days. Appreciate. The location wise is fine. The actual town is slightly far off from this hotel but it is within walking distance. If travel with senior, better get a didi."

"stay for 2 nights at this very new hotel from 3/24 to 3/26. Mr.Huang and Ms.Chen are very helpful and nice. They arrange pick-up and drop-off at the airport with SUV as per my request by phone as we are travelling with 2 big 30” heavy luggages and 1 hand carry luggage. The hotel is about 1km away from the biggest shopping mall in Zhoushan downtown, they offer very good breakfast start at 630am for free, and some snack, coffee and bottle water for free. A good stay and will come back for sure."

"房間設施設備齊全，空間很大，唯一的問題就是房間設定二樓是睡覺的地方樓空調製熱不夠，二樓反而好一點，房間有一點點味道，不過性價比很高，就不要自行車了。我選的這家酒店距離朱家尖碼頭打車需要7-8分鐘，距離5-6公里，如果大家需要住碼頭不打車更近一點。就可以選擇條件好一點的酒店🏨，附近超市什麼更方便，步行即達。"

"Хорошая гостиница, проживал в номере 1230: 1. Отличный завтрак, разнообразие блюд и очень вкусно; 2. Обслуживающий персонал вежливый и готов помочь и проконсультировать, разговаривают на разных языках; 3. Номер просторный, красивый вид из окна на гору; 4. Удобства в номере совпадают с описанием (зубная щетка, полотенца, бумага, моющие средства, тапочки, халат и т.д), имеется холодильник, телевизор, диван, кровать, рабочий стол; 5. Обслуживание в номерах хорошее, всего в достатке для рабочей поездки; 6. В гостинице имеется спортивный зал, бассейн, СПА; 7. Рядом с гостиницей много кафе и ресторанов (китайские, японские и европейские), где можно покушать. В общем рекомендую для проживания. Цена проживания соответствует условиям"

"Sfeer: Geweldige omgeving. Bij aankomst zag ik wat muggen, maar ik heb wat muggenspiralen neergezet en ze waren snel weg. Het was fantastisch. Die middag ontspande ik in de kamer, het licht en de schaduwen waren prachtig met de gordijnen open. 🍃 Het ligt ook heel dicht bij de Puji-tempel. Service: Uitstekende service. De receptie was erg attent en bracht alles wat we hadden aangevraagd persoonlijk naar onze kamer. Onze chauffeur, Shi, die ons ophaalde, droeg onze koffers rechtstreeks naar onze kamer, en onze chauffeur, Hua, die ons afzette, droeg onze koffers ook rechtstreeks naar de auto. 👍🏻 Ophalen bij de pier: Ja, maar er zijn verkeersbeperkingen in het weekend, dus het kan zijn dat je de pier niet kunt bereiken. 😿 Geurzakjes: Er werden twee heerlijke zakjes verstrekt. 🥰"

"It appears efficiency is a key at this hotel. Requests were actioned very promptly. Cleaning staff did a nice job. Room was a good size and mostly in good condition. Plenty of stains on the carpet in the room though, and the room entry door frame was partly torn away from the wall. Service was very good, though it was four days before any staff so much as smiled. Efficiency but not much in the way of warmth towards guests. While some rooms are non-smoking, most of the hotel seems fair game for smoking including halls, washrooms, elevators, etc. Cigarette butts to be found and smell throughout. Apparently the hotel must be very pet friendly given the dog that was brought into the restaurant at breakfast. Acceptable all around, but not sure I would opt for this hotel again."
