"Very recommended hotel due to good service and pay attention to customer. I have left my mobile phone charger in hotel room during checked out.then the owner really did alot of effort to help sending my charger to my next hotel in shanghai.even he kept followed up until i received my good. The hotel location also very good near ferry terminal walking distance so easy to take shuttle bus to go around island.and beside hotel alot of restaurant. And the most important the owner is very helpful and can do pick you up in ferry terminal. Beside good service the hotel price consider cheaper among other similar hotel. So will definetely come back and stay. Even i did abit late checked out the hotel was never charged me extra fee. The owner also can guide you how to go putoa island and any information needed just contact via wechat."
