"We chose this guesthouse for our family trip to Gannan during the May Day holiday. The owners are a kind and friendly ******* family. We were fortunate enough to be the first guests to experience the guesthouse, which had just been renovated. The family lived next door, making communication easy. Amenities: The suite we booked had underfloor heating throughout, which was perfect for the still chilly May Day holiday. Other amenities were also provided, including an electric kettle, hair dryer, and tea set. Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness was good. Disposable towels were provided, and there was no noticeable dust in the room. Service: The family was very welcoming. They proactively helped with our luggage upon arrival, and there was a traditional ******* ceremonial scarf (khata) presented at the entrance, making us feel very comfortable. The owners even took the initiative to show us how to make tsampa (roasted barley flour). They responded promptly to any needs we had for amenities. The next day, breakfast consisted of homemade porridge, steamed buns, eggs, and side dishes. When it was time to leave, the whole family came out to see me off, a truly heartwarming moment."
