Mountain view-hotels in Mile City

"This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event."

"The place is great but the restaurant is to small for the amount of people they let in . There is only one coffe machine and the food for breakfast is good but not excellent . The charging stations some of them don't work . The place is beautiful and the wood houses are beautiful . So when it comes to primary things the place is great , but the secondary things are not that good . I would give it this place 9 points out of ten ."

"The hotel is well positioned within the resort establishments of Dongfenyun. However, only those individual villa units have tubs for soaking. However, it is not ”hot springs” as advertised in the name. Not to be confused with the type of 'onsen' in Japan. . By booking this accommodation, we can access the attractions in Dongfengyun area without having to pay extra entry fees for Dongfengyun scenic area. Buggy transfers are provided by the hotel into Dongfengyun area. We like the simple and healthy breakfast, which is freshly prepared every morning. Mile is a quick getaway just 40 mins south of Kunming. Hence, there are many day trippers in Mile."

"The environment is clean and comfortable, the lighting is very good, the surrounding eating is convenient, you can find snacks on foot, the door of the hotel is the lake, after eating, take a walk, it is too comfortable, the overall warmth is like home. There is a pool on the balcony where you can play in the water, and the children don't want to leave. The boss is also good, the front desk service attitude is also very good 👍🏻 it is recommended"

"great experiance .all the staff great us and help with any requst .espically Mack who take care of any request and answered pationally although he couldnt speek english we use translation. the hotel is 2 min drive by hottel shutle to the scenic area. we got free entrance as hotel guests and we a free sight seeing bus ride in the scenic area. there are also pools and hot spring area inside the hotel which we enjoyed very much .we also enjoyed meditation class in the morning and singing bowl theraphy class which was bery relaxing and special dont miss it we have had great time there."

"Excellent stay for families and Muslim travelers. The host was very kind, attentive, and helpful, especially since we were traveling with a child. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. Although there were no halal restaurants near the hotel, the host went the extra mile to guide us in finding halal food for dinner, which we truly appreciated. Great service, warm hospitality, and good value for money. Highly recommended for families staying in Mile. Would definitely stay here again."
