"The room is huge! The bed is also huge and super soft! Bathrobes and slippers are provided as standard, making it very convenient to enjoy the hot springs in the first-floor courtyard. Complete facilities! The decoration is very classy! It is also very convenient to go up and down the stairs with the three elevators, and there is never a wait! There are three bathing pools hidden in the green forest and flowers in a garden style, which makes you feel like you are in nature! The waiters are very enthusiastic and make you feel like you are at home! Breakfast was great! Particularly brilliant! Maitreya braised chicken can be tasted here, Western style, pastries and salads, smoked meat, coffee, milk, juice...Chinese style, siu mai, steamed dumplings, rice noodles, fried chicken, oyster sauce vegetable core, Limei, Corn and taro are all available, and the terrace lounge is also very large. Make tea and play on the computer, and the time will pass in no time! A treasure hotel worth recommending! The location is also quite advantageous! "This stay was a perfect 10/10. Check-in was efficient and quick, the room was meticulously cleaned, and the thoughtful welcome fruit and minibar drinks made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing and natural light, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and handled all our needs promptly and appropriately. Since we couldn't book a double bed that day, the staff pushed two beds together to create a double bed immediately after check-in. The stay far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!"

In de toekomst heb je de kans om hier te reizen en dit hotel te wonen 😬😬"

The room is spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the overall stay was excellent. The receptionist was warm, attentive, and very responsive, quickly addressing any needs. The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping, quiet and peaceful, offering excellent value for money. This is the top choice for a vacation in Mile, and I'll definitely stay here again!"

"Upon checking in, I found quite a few hairs under the sheets. I immediately contacted the front desk, hoping the duty manager would handle the complaint. The front desk initially sent housekeeping, but no manager followed up at the time, and I was told the duty manager had already left for the day. I then reached out to my dedicated Ctrip customer service representative, who helped me get in touch with the duty manager. After that, the manager arranged for the front desk to address the issue, and the hotel also offered a bottle of red wine as compensation. Overall, although the initial handling wasn't prompt enough, I was satisfied with the final resolution. There were also a few minor issues with the hotel: the sink drain had an unpleasant odor; even with the 'do not disturb' mode activated, staff still knocked on the door to deliver fruit. Additionally, the hotel advertised daily afternoon tea, but I was informed it was actually just a welcome drink at the front desk, which was a bit different from what I expected. The elevator displayed the wrong time, and the room number on the TV was also incorrect. These small details could definitely be improved. However, after I provided feedback, the staff were quite responsive to my requests, which is commendable. The hot spring tub in the room filled up quickly and was very convenient to use, and the hotel also provided special bubble bath products, making for a good experience. Despite a few hiccups during this stay, my overall trip was quite satisfying. Considering the hotel isn't in a major city and isn't a highly standardized chain hotel, many aspects might still be in the process of being perfected. Therefore, I'm giving it a 4-star rating as encouragement, hoping the hotel will continue to improve in areas like hygiene checks, complaint handling procedures, and attention to detail, and become even better in the future."
