We visited during an off-peak time, so there weren't many people, and the room was quite spacious, making for a good experience. "I booked this hotel cause all the rooms were non-smoking and I am sensitive to smoke. But as soon as I arrived there was smoke odour in the hallway and there was a musty smoke odour in my room. The reception allowed me to change rooms but then my new room had smoke odour too because of uncles at the end of the hallway with door wide open smoking. The hotel took no action to tell the uncles to stop smoking. They only changed my room which was better this time but the next morning when I was walking down the hallway, it stunk of smoke and I noticed an uncle smoking in their hotel room. The hotel doesn’t enforce their non-smoking policy even though the rooms are non-smoking. So if you are a non-smoker and prefer clean air I recommend to stay away."

"De normale kamertypes die oorspronkelijk waren geboekt, waren echt leuk om naar de winkel te gaan om de ouders van de tuin te zien. De kamer was vastberaden te verdienen. De kamer was vol kindervermaak ontwerp. Als de baby binnenkwam, moest ze niet gaan. Hij had een onafhankelijke tuin en een privé-supperpool. Hij keek warm naar de kinderen en liet ze de handen vrij. Het was te comfortabel! De details van het hotel zijn bijzonder warm. Ik weet dat de tuingras is gemakkelijk om wormen te recruiteren. De kamer is voorbereid op de rijding van de kamers. Alle aspecten zijn in aanmerking genomen voor de gasten. De dienst is intim!"

"We spend one night with the family as a short stop before continuing our trip north. Great to get there, parking right in front of the hotel. Great terrace on the top, the room small but with all you can expect at that price. Service and cleanliness minus as we got though asking for a non-smoking room one room, that was heavily tobacco smelling. Besides that all good."

"The hotel environment is excellent. We stayed in their family suite with a private hot spring. The living and dining areas were very spacious, which was super convenient for feeding our infant and using the stroller. The balcony had a private hot spring, offering great privacy. Our baby loved soaking in it twice! Downstairs, there are also several private and public hot spring pools with natural mineral spring water, all offering a fantastic experience."

Dit hotel is meer dan verwacht. Eerst is het een officieel hotel. Het is niet het huidige eenvoudige hotel dat populair is, dat wil zeggen dat het ontwerp en het idee van deze winkel echt een goede accommodatie en diensten voor de gasten biedt, Deze winkel heeft een groot aantal openbare voorzieningen - een heldere, ruime lobby, een elegante kleine bar, een kinderspeelhoek, een zwembad is een hoge sterrennacht, twee warme zwembad met verschillende temperaturen, een eigen badkamer, en dan moet ik het restaurant vertellen, De kok maakt een geweldige ontbijt elke dag en er is een nieuwe verrassing. Ik denk dat de chef een meester van Guangdong is, maar de meester zegt dat hij een Yunnan is. De kamer is groot, schoon en groot, de bedden en bedden zijn van hoge kwaliteit. De eerste dame van de lobby sprak warm, helder, de hoteldecoratie is heerlijk, de kamer is ruime en comfortabel, het uitzicht op het meer is goed, het wasserettepakket is gescheiden, de kleine voorwerpen zijn ook nog eens zorgvuldig, het voelt als een gastvrije winkel. Het ontbijt is rijk, met een paar sproeien, gouden haaien en geelvis, wat een ongeluk is. Het is dichtbij het meer, het is dichtbij de weg, het is niet ver weg naar de Wang-port of de winkel in de stad, en de volgende keer moet de keuze hier blijven als de winkel hier terugkomt."

"Since I couldn't book a twin room, I had to settle for a two-bedroom family suite. Although it has two bathrooms, there's only one shower room. The shower room and the main bathroom are separated by transparent glass, and the door is also transparent glass. This makes it very inconvenient for multiple people staying together. To shower or use the main bedroom's toilet, you have to close the doors to both rooms and the walk-in closet, and even turn off the lights. This means the entire walk-in closet becomes inaccessible, which is very inconvenient. Why not use opaque stickers to avoid awkward situations?"

"The hotel has an old-school, 'cadre' vibe. Building A is beautiful, and the service is excellent. The decor feels very solid, and even the sinks are Villeroy & Boch. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious, though the pastries weren't quite up to par. The hot springs on the hillside are a bit dated. Mile is a good spot for a relaxing holiday; the tourist attractions themselves are just okay."

They're always ready to answer any questions and fulfill any requests. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room is huge! The bed is also huge and super soft! Bathrobes and slippers are provided as standard, making it very convenient to enjoy the hot springs in the first-floor courtyard. Complete facilities! The decoration is very classy! It is also very convenient to go up and down the stairs with the three elevators, and there is never a wait! There are three bathing pools hidden in the green forest and flowers in a garden style, which makes you feel like you are in nature! The waiters are very enthusiastic and make you feel like you are at home! Breakfast was great! Particularly brilliant! Maitreya braised chicken can be tasted here, Western style, pastries and salads, smoked meat, coffee, milk, juice...Chinese style, siu mai, steamed dumplings, rice noodles, fried chicken, oyster sauce vegetable core, Limei, Corn and taro are all available, and the terrace lounge is also very large. Make tea and play on the computer, and the time will pass in no time! A treasure hotel worth recommending! The location is also quite advantageous! "This stay was a perfect 10/10. Check-in was efficient and quick, the room was meticulously cleaned, and the thoughtful welcome fruit and minibar drinks made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing and natural light, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and handled all our needs promptly and appropriately. Since we couldn't book a double bed that day, the staff pushed two beds together to create a double bed immediately after check-in. The stay far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!"

"Stayed in April 2026 | Couple | Deluxe Twin Room with View The hotel is nestled within the water town scenic area, offering a truly elegant environment. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; all information was sent in advance, and upon our arrival, the butler was already waiting by the car, ready to help with our luggage – they practically carried everything, which was almost embarrassing! We enjoyed two hours of private hot spring time daily, and the Thai massage by a Thai therapist was exceptionally relaxing. Every day, we received complimentary milk and a fruit platter. What touched us most was that the butler was always available, even at midnight, to assist with anything we needed."

"Room looks exactly like the advertised picture. Staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. As all the rooms are located on the 2nd floor and there is no lift or elevator, a male staff helps to carry our luggage to the room. Room is big and is near to almost all attractions. An unexpected perk was the bathroom heater light—a total game-changer after a shower. Downside: no lift / elevator. Breakfast is way too simple. A bowl of “mixian” & an egg will be served separately along with few items like steamed peanuts, mantou, sweet potato from the buffet area. No fridge in the room. Very quiet area at night. With minimal food and activities. There is one 7-11 in the park, with operating hours till 7pm."
CLOUDS Yun Chain Hotel (Mile Shangyi Huquan Ecological Park)
"I'm so glad I chose this hotel for my two days in Mile. The price was cheap, but the service and facilities were excellent. The receptionists were all very welcoming and responsive. The newly renovated room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with a separate shower and toilet area. The mattress was even more comfortable than my own! We were lucky enough to find that the same young lady who checked us in was on duty when we checked out. I casually asked about the mattress brand, and she didn't know at the time, but I received a picture of it from her shortly after I left – such a thoughtful girl! We even received a surprise gift upon check-out, which made us very happy. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's within walking distance of Focheng Shopping Mall, Honghe Water Town, Dianxi River, and the night market, or you can take a taxi for only 3-4 yuan – unbelievably cheap! Nearby restaurants like Zhang Quan Braised Chicken, traditional Mile cuisine, and Kerry Restaurant are all affordable and delicious, offering both small eateries and beautiful garden settings. In short, this hotel is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and quickly returning to your room for rest. Highly recommended!"

"Atour never disappoints and the same was true this time. The hotel was nicely located with a private parking. The rooms were spacious and clean, we had a good night rest. Only the breakfast selection could improve a bit, but otherwise all was good. We would definitely stay here again."
