The hotel is a collection of high-end selected hotels under Accor in France, and each MGallery has a unique story. The hotel is located in the Dongfengyun art town composed of vineyards, lavender fields and a large number of post-modern buildings. The hotel has built a post-modern building complex composed of red bricks and smooth curves, with many guest rooms, 3 restaurants and a lobby bar, a 400-square-meter indoor conference room, and a 1,300-square-meter outdoor swimming pool. The beautiful lake shore and the rolling mountains form a unique and dreamy blending scene.
"This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event."

"great experiance .all the staff great us and help with any requst .espically Mack who take care of any request and answered pationally although he couldnt speek english we use translation.
the hotel is 2 min drive by hottel shutle to the scenic area. we got free entrance as hotel guests and we a free sight seeing bus ride in the scenic area.
there are also pools and hot spring area inside the hotel which we enjoyed very much .we also enjoyed meditation class in the morning and singing bowl theraphy class which was bery relaxing and special
dont miss it we have had great time there."

"連住2晚接站或送站一次，在一個這樣的小縣城，最好的景點不是公園，不是東風韻，而是佛城商都，一個集市上，新鮮水果蔬菜太好吃啦，更重要的是四樓本地小吃，太集中了。十元錢可以吃遍各式各樣，品種新鮮！這個是彌勒之行最好的收穫！這裏新開業，除了洗衣機烘乾機還有一個小冰箱，彌勒氣温高，牛奶水果吃不完可以冰箱存儲！一定要説缺點就是必須住滿2天才能接送站，這裏打車去東方韻，或者彌勒站都30元左右，如果接送順道帶客人過去一道豈不美哉?順路而已或者簡單收費，這裡會更讓人舒適"

Seeing Mile's sights from this hotel is easy with Qian Wang Pavilion, Huquan Ecological Park and Mile Cultural and Sports Center all close by. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Mile hotel offers parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"This is a very nice hotel with lovely public rooms. We had rooms overlooking the lake which had no traffic noise, just a pleasant view of people enjoying the lakeside. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The screen between the bed/living area and the bathroom was a bit strange - it was quite see-through. The breakfast was fine - with some western food and nice fruit. The staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the lady who tried to explain the washing machine to me.
It was a bit of a shame that the spa didn't allow couples to be together at all. They could perhaps offer a mixed session during the evening."

"Located within the Honghe Water Town urban tourism complex in the southern part of Mile City, this hotel boasts convenient transportation. Adjacent to a wetland park, it enjoys lush greenery and a tranquil, beautiful setting. The surrounding commercial street offers a wide variety of businesses, making it a well-established and mature destination.
On the evening of my stay, the shower water temperature was slightly low. Upon receiving feedback, the butler promptly contacted the engineer for improvement. We suggest adding non-slip mats or floor towels to the shower areas and perhaps creating local attraction guides, souvenirs, and other gifts for guests.
Although still in its trial operation period, the service was warm and efficient, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the experience of the signature storm hot spring and public soaking pools exceeded expectations. Compared to other local products, the price-performance ratio is outstanding, making it a worthwhile choice for future stays."

"Beautiful small hotel in a great location across the road from the park and the lake. Our room was spacious and had a large bath as well. The views of the lake from the communal seating area at the top of the lake are fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a really excellent restaurant just meters from the hotel, Turk left when you walk out of the hotel and it is the second building on the left."

"The place is great but the restaurant is to small for the amount of people they let in . There is only one coffe machine and the food for breakfast is good but not excellent . The charging stations some of them don't work . The place is beautiful and the wood houses are beautiful . So when it comes to primary things the place is great , but the secondary things are not that good . I would give it this place 9 points out of ten ."

民宿佈置是歐式風格，有一次性浴巾、馬桶墊和洗漱用品，裝修比較上檔次，新裝修，淋浴器是新款，水流量大，非常乾淨、温馨。
老闆一家很勤勞好客，除了分享吃購遊玩攻略，晚上盛情邀請住客吃免費自助燒烤，種類豐富，除了各種原生態無污染天然水果（楊梅、樹莓）、藍莓、葡萄，玉米，還有老闆自己釣的魚，第二天還提供早餐。整個安排讓您賓至如歸，流連忘返！瞬間點燃彌勒這個康養宜居城市名片，有機會一定再來！

AAnonieme gebruiker預訂房間和實際一樣大，佈置的時尚且温馨，設施齊全，衞生做的非常好，乾淨整潔一塵不染，還給免費做了升級帶室內浴缸的温泉房，前台的小姐服務很好，仔細親切、温柔貼心，酒店的環境一級棒，就在湖泉生態園的旁邊，隔一條馬路2分鐘就能到，周邊餐飲非常方便，下酒店右轉温泉路上有好多家當地非常好吃的食府，蘆雞、過橋米線等味道都非常好吃，唯一且缺的有2點，一是因臨近馬路邊，車輛較多，燥音有點大，但酒店給了耳塞，如關了窗户就會很好，還有一點就是酒店的電視，無論觀看任何電視節目（包括中央台新聞）都要付費訂製，雖然費用不貴，但我覺得非常不合理有點奇葩，希望加以改進，還有健身房可以放些毛巾和礦泉水，讓健身的客人可以擦擦汗和補充點水份，這樣就更好了，總之這是一家值得推薦入住的高品質酒店，如果有機會再來彌勒，我還是會選擇入住的 ～

Mmerey tanThe hotel is well positioned within the resort establishments of Dongfenyun. However, only those individual villa units have tubs for soaking. However, it is not ”hot springs” as advertised in the name. Not to be confused with the type of 'onsen' in Japan.

By booking this accommodation, we can access the attractions in Dongfengyun area without having to pay extra entry fees for Dongfengyun scenic area. Buggy transfers are provided by the hotel into Dongfengyun area.
We like the simple and healthy breakfast, which is freshly prepared every morning. Mile is a quick getaway just 40 mins south of Kunming. Hence, there are many day trippers in Mile.

GGastgebruikerWe felt very welcomed right from the moment we stepped in. Front Counter staff were friendly n helpful. Kudos to 小刘 (Sophie) & 小秋 who were godsend..
They helped us get a driver for the rest of our trip when our original plan turned awry for us. It turns out the new driver arranged by Sophie was another angel who made the rest of the trip most pleasant n unforgettable.
Everything was great, from rooms, cleanliness to amenities, free flow of Coffee and tea in the lobby, there is even a 温泉 for guests.
Only not so good thing is the breakfast, it's mostly the usual 米线 and local stuff. Its good if u don't mind their local style breakfast food.
Overall I am very satisfied with this place. In fact I m staying at the Vienna again in Kunming before I fly back to singapore!!
I hope it doesn't disappoint.. Will update in the next review.

Step out of the tiny shower into the main room. Only semblance of privacy is a plastic curtain in each cubicle but nothing separating the two except clear glass. Glass doors are closed with magnets only.
Ashtray in non-smoking room
Temporary stickers still holding wall installations like towel racks in place after 2024 renovations - otherwise rooms look fresh and new.
Can hear all the voices in the hall, bathroom next door etc.
Parking consists of cars wedged into a small courtyard

VVedeniapina ValeriiaOur stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The management team went above and beyond to assist us with our ticket troubles, promptly making calls and arranging everything for us. The room itself was impeccably clean and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was the perfect accommodation for families with children, as our little ones thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and hot springs area. Needless to say, we will definitely be returning for another visit in the future.

TTieya HarsExcellent stay for families and Muslim travelers.
The host was very kind, attentive, and helpful, especially since we were traveling with a child. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. Although there were no halal restaurants near the hotel, the host went the extra mile to guide us in finding halal food for dinner, which we truly appreciated.
Great service, warm hospitality, and good value for money. Highly recommended for families staying in Mile. Would definitely stay here again.
