There's a local restaurant across the street. But it's better to walk to the Mercado and eat delicious local food there. We had a great time."

"The location is extremely convenient, right across from Parque Santa Lucía. Everything in downtown is within easy walking distance, so we never needed transportation. The hotel is beautifully and cozily decorated, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which has a very good breakfast menu with plenty of tasty options. The only downside was the rather slow Wi-Fi. We would definitely book here again!"

"Dit hotel ligt op Calle 59, maar ongeveer een 20-25 minuten lopen van het hoofdcentrum van Merida, dus als u mobiele problemen hebt, is dit waarschijnlijk niet de plek voor u. Maar als u oké bent met een wandeling naar het centrum, dit is een echt goede optie. De kamers zijn ruime en het bed is groot en zacht. Er is een centrale binnenplaats met een zwembad en tuinen, maar het zwembad is onverhit, dus waarschijnlijk het beste achtergelaten tot de warme tijden van het jaar, tenzij je wilt je dip "verfrissend"! Het eten is prachtig - een hoog plafond kamer met veel tijd een beetje als een rustig huis. Het ontbijt was echt heel goed. Het ingangsysteem is via een klok - je krijgt geen sleutel naar de voordeur; je moet de klok bellen en de receptie laat je binnen. Maar je hoeft nooit lang te wachten op iemand om te openen. Helpelijk personeel, en een echt leuke plek om te blijven - maar zorg ervoor dat je oké bent met de wandeling naar het centrum!"
