Property around too dirty. The parking lot is not close. Improve cleaning of the pool.

Excellent location, very convenient, lots of nearby sites, stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bus station, parks, etc. Very cozy rooms and nice architectural building. Parking is not in the property, but at a nearby ( 5 min walk ) public parking lot at no cost to the hotel customers. Honestly, once checked in, better walk around rather than trying to drive around.

This is a great little bizarre hotel in an up and coming neighborhood. I love the restaurant and coffee bar, and the people who run it. I’m moving in right around the corner, so I’m sure to be a regular here.

The courtyard is lovely and has an excellent coffee shop, and the front desk staff was very kind and attempted to be helpful. The room, however, was disappointing. My faucet wasn't attached to the sink -- they could not move me to a new room or fix it, but applied a little glue, which didn't really help. Towels were old and super-worn out. The bedspread was stained, pillows were very old, flat, and small. The A/C unit was extremely noisy for the initial 30 minutes -- then moderately noisy -- too much to make it possible to sleep with the A/C on, so we slept without A/C. I was in Room #7. Hopefully, the staff can review the room to correct the issues.

Clean room, nice bed, friendly staff…BUT doorknob falling off (little security), very dark room (one table lamp..that’s it). Also woke up to water all over the floor. Water from A/c running down the wall and partially flooding the room.

This property looks like it would be a fun cute stay in pics. In reality it is dirty, looks very different in person and was probably a nice place to stay in the 80s. We left after first night. They didn’t provide any refund for remaining days. Trash customer service. Don’t stay here. It’s disgusting. The door on the room didn’t properly lock at all. The bathtub was disgusting felt like I’d need a tetanus shot after using it. No hot water in the shower at all. The only redeeming thing about this place is the restaurant is actually delicious. The hotel itself is nasty. Unclean. Bed sheets had stains. Unsafe since your door doesn’t lock and gross overall. The restaurant staff was helpful and kind the front desk staff was awful.
