Amazing sunset view at the Nile, the hotel view at this hotel is incredible. The staff is super attentive and extra caring, special shout out to Ali at the Tropicana bar and Fady at the spa, they really have made my stay extra comfortable. Omar from front desk upgraded us to one of the best rooms in the hotel. I really had an incredible time here, definitely would stay here again if I come again.

The Iberotel Luxor is in an excellent location overlooking the Nile (and 15 minutes from the train/bus station). Am so happy I chose to stay here. The Nile facing room is well worth the slightly higher price. My room was a good size with a fridge, lots of closet space, two arm chairs and a table. Only minus was that the sockets are oddly far from the bed. The balcony is great for sitting in the evening or at night or whenever it's not hot. It's quiet though the outside bar was playing a soccer game. Otherwise, no noise at night. Also no wifi issues anywhere in the hotel. The bathroom is functional but could use a bit of updating. The morning breakfast buffet had everything (breads, omelet bar, fruits, veggies, jams, cheese, meats, yogurts, dips, sweets, juices) and I went back for seconds and thirds every day. The pool area is lovely and right next to the Nile. Plenty of chairs and you can order from the cafe or just nap. All the staff from the waiters to the manager are nice and helpful. I walked to the sights, shopping and restaurants but obviously there are taxis and horses waiting outside. I was very happy, stayed an extra night and would absolutely recommend.

Pavillion luxor the best hotel in luxor, sharing the same amneties with winter palace , check in was very smooth, room is clean and spacious with a big balcony that have an amazing garden view. Staff are friendly. The garden is amazing and very Well taken care of. The swimming pools are great and not so crowded with many sunbathing areas. One of the best merits of the hotel is its location , 100 meters to Luxor temple and Luxor ancient market , also it is near to local restaurants. I loved strolling around at night time by the river cornich thanks to the hotel central location. Breakfast is not perfect just okay. If you are Looking for relaxation it will be your best choice.

The hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. It was our last hotel in Egypt and the best one! All the staff were friendly and ready to help in anything but we want to especially thanks to the Guest Relations Catherine, she made us feel welcomed and she was friendly, helpful and kind with us the whole time. The swimming pool is fantastic, after a hot day you can chill over the pool, have some drinks and see the beautiful and unforgettable sunset at the River Nile. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean. They have several restaurants with different dietary options, the breakfast was a delicious international buffet and they even have a gift shop inside the hotel. It is accessible for wheelchair user and kids friendly. Definitely we highly recommended.

I have been in this hotel jollie ville luxor it's amazing hotel and all the staff is friendly so much start from reception with nice welcoming and smiley faces.and room is so clean and nice view and restaurants also is so nice and tasty food spiceal the Italian restaurant with a lot of items and all is tasty and of course when you are in hotel near the Nile so have to try the Nile fishing trip in early morning is magice time And also the sunset by birds sound in the special area in hotel it's wow .and at last but not the end would like to say a huge thanks for the entertainment team for a nice performance at night and day during all my stay the are coming to us to ask if we have any problems in our stay and the make us as important guest and I see this always with them they are doing that with all the guests around. I liked the hotel. Everything is fine in the room. Except that there is no TV remote control, but if you asked, they would give it to you. The refrigerator is steaming like it was stung, the water froze overnight)) when leaving the hotel, immediately to the left is the Alley of Sphinxes. Turn left again through the intersection to the Catholic Church, after a 10-minute walk, Luxor Temple. All this time you go to the parking lot of horse-drawn carts))) to the right 10 minutes by car to the Karnak Temple, but by car you will still go through the Luxor Temple, it’s more convenient to go around the Sphinxes. If you go right from the hotel, take 100 steps and shops, local cafes and restaurants begin at the intersection. At 12 at night, many are still working, you can buy water and a snack. Wine and vodka is also open there in one of the alleys until 12, if you want something stronger than beer. There are at least two exchangers on the street in the direction of the Luxor Temple along the horses and sphinxes. I have attached all the photos. By the way, don’t be scared by the view of downtown. The second night here I walked in dark alleys, I never got stopped)) in general there is a feeling of safety, taking into account the specifics)))

One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. It was overall an amazing experience. First, professional staff and very friendly, from reception to restaurant and room service, all was amazing. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything that a guest might need. When faced with a problem they quickly try to solve it. Also they were very trust worthy. I happened to lose my sunglasses and they kept them safe for me to pick them up. The view from the nile side was stunning, I strongly recommend picking a room with that view, it’s totally worth the additional fee. The breakfast was also delicious with variety of choices and so was the dinner. This stay is totally worth 5 stars

SCAM! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I should have read other sites' review since it has happened to different people already. They charge you 2 or 3 times in your cards by telling you that they do not get paid by the booking system (Hotels.com Booking, etc) so they ask for your card again, or for a different card (in my case) to pay for the stay; but in reality they have made the charge through the booking place (illegally, as you haven't consented to that!). Suffice to day they have been playing dumb since I contacted them to explain the problem - they just ignore that fact saying they dont see double payments. I didn't think an established ”hotel” would do that as well - we experienced a lot of scamming and robbery in Luxor; EVERY person in Luxor is trying to steal from you in one way or another - sadly this hotel does the same. I cannot even advice to stay somewhere else, as all of Luxor seemed to operate in scams and cheating. The only thing I can advise is ”DO NOT GO THERE” - or if you must, go with a fully booked and paid Tour so you do not need to deal with this disgusting situation.

Very good location few minutes walk to Luxor Temple. The rooms is clean breakfast included staff are friendly and approachable. The owner Rezeiky is friendly and helpful during my stay. Highly recommend if you're in Luxor don't miss this cheap and good Hotel. Check it out Hasta La Vista

We agreed to check in at 2pm, but we had to wait for an hour for a room, and the originally designated room was no longer available. The hotel environment is still very good. The sunset over the Nile River is very beautiful. You can also see the hot air balloons on the other side in the morning. The several swimming pools are also good.
