The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the pillows felt like cheap ones. It was very noisy at night facing the street, and we had to close the window. The tram connection was excellent! The stop was right in front of the hotel, and it was only one stop to the main train station. Breakfast was good; there was something for everyone, and the breakfast room was bright and welcoming. In conclusion: the hotel was okay, but we found it too expensive compared to other hotels."

This was our third stay at the NH Hotel Leipzig City, but we felt that the breakfast used to be better (more varied). Check-out was very easy."

We arrived by car, but unfortunately, contrary to the website, there was no parking on the street. Thankfully, we were able to find a spot for an extra €5.00 in a separate, gated lot about 400 meters away. We gladly accepted this offer. Without it, we really wouldn't have known where to park our car. This should be clearly stated on the hotel's website. Otherwise, everything was fine. We would gladly stay again."

"The stay was unfortunately a complete disaster. The floor in the room was badly stained and looked unhygienic – completely unacceptable for a hotel. But it got even worse: during the night, part of the ceiling collapsed! This could have been extremely dangerous. I immediately reported the incident to reception, but received neither an apology nor any suggestion of a solution. Even after my written complaint, I still haven't received any response. No customer service, no sense of responsibility. A hotel that doesn't address such issues is absolutely not recommended. I will definitely not be returning – and I can only advise everyone to do their research beforehand."

I had no choice but to ask the front desk for a clean towel to tide me over. The receptionist, as an apology, offered me two complimentary drinks. I was exhausted from traveling and didn't have the energy to negotiate, so I had to make do."
