The Service was very polite and helpful. The room was clean, it had small kitchen and separate bathroom. The place is in the city center, so very near the old town and main train station.

第三次住這家酒店了，地理位置，窗外景色，早餐，都很棒。
但這次有些掃興。不知道為啥前台小姐説看不到付款訊息，堅持讓我刷信用卡擔保。我堅決不同意。房間是二週前就訂好的，店家怎麼可能沒有付款訊息。二次付款的話，難道我再來一次解決退款。而且，這個小姐態度比較無語，反覆就一句話，留下信用卡😨
這裏特別感謝攜程客服，週日下午五點多還積極幫忙協助。給力！
這個問題要是一直存在的話，建議大家繞行，周邊的酒店其實很多選擇。要是遇到這樣的前台會很麻煩，我給她看攜程的確認號，她説看不懂中文。攜程客服郵件電話給他們，前台説及沒收到也沒有電話。
還好我會德語，堅決不給她信用卡，吵到她們其它人出來解決問題。

Personeel verwelkomde ons met een hele snelle check in. De kamer is uitstekend met een mini keukentje en een hele mooie grote badkamer. Ontbijt was ook goed te doen en de locatie is meer dan perfect wij hebben hier fietsvakantie gedaan en ik krijg alle tips van hotel een klein minpuntje is in de kamer is geen ventilatie dus je moet de raam openzetten.

Great location next to mall and public parking (west at train station is cheaper, but further from hotel and mall, Marriot too pricy). Very friendly staff, 24/7 reception service, superb clean, great breakfast, coffee and tee in room, aask for a room with xx7 as those are on a corner of the building. Bed, pillows and beddings wonderfull. Missed only a smoking corner somewhere outside to sit down. Will come soon again back.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms were dirty and we even got a room that someone had just left. Reception could not organise irons for guests travelling on business. When they finally managed to get an iron it was old and dirty. The staff were unsympathetic and unable to communicate in English; a phone translator was necessary. The hotel is not up to the standards of 4-star hotels. This was our last visit to this hotel.

This is a rather well designed mid fifties building. BUT it has no air conditioning so there is a competition for the few fans they have available. That has to be addressed.

I was surprised at the size of the room for the price I paid. In fact I was surprised at the quality of this hotel for the price I paid. It was amazing, especially being just across the road from the railway station, which I certainly appreciated. Mind you, it is still annoying when the staff speak English when I'm trying to communicate with them in German.
