Saladin Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"Er lagen haren op het bed en de handdoeken waren niet erg schoon, maar het personeel was vriendelijk en werkte snel."
Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel ★★★★
"The bathroom was not added, it was used before."
New Capitol Hotel - Jerusalem ★★★
"Ur Joauna, de medewerkster van de receptie, was hartelijk en vriendelijk. Ze gaf me veel informatie en hulp, waardoor ik me erg welkom voelde! De kamer was schoon en netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien en het ontbijt was heerlijk. Ik zal zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen als ik hier weer ben!"
Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem ★★★★
"Geweldig plaats"
Ramada Jerusalem Hotel ★★★★
"Ik was erg blij om in het hotel te blijven."
Christmas Hotel - Jerusalem ★★★
"It's good place"
City Center Jerusalem ★★★★
Hashimi Hotel ★★★
"We are visiting hashimi hotel from South Africa for 5 days. The hotel is the best location in the old city very near to Al Aqsa walking distance is 500m. However, the room and bathroom is very tiny. WiFi isn't great at all it keeps disconnecting throughout our stay and the signal was bad most times. Kindly improve WiFi. The Service is great and breakfast is wonderful. The staff are all very kind and very helpful. They even invited us to eat delicious maqluba the one night it was so tasty and we really enjoyed the meal and generosity. They are all very kind. The view from the rooftop is the best view! We can't get enough of it. They have a tea/coffee station in the lobby area and water which is complimentary this was lovely. Overall Thank you for a good stay will surely recommend this lovely hotel to others "

"Ik hou van dit hotel."
Mamilla Hotel
"It’s a modern and very sleek beautiful hotel. The employees are nice and helpful. However, the spa and gym are out of the hotel. You need to cross a bridge over the Mamilla Mall to get there but entering back, you need to ring the intercoms. The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4.8 star rating. We had a beautiful view of the old city. The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem so you can get to places easily."
Herbert Samuel Jerusalem
"This is not a 5-star hotel. Unfriendly service. Spacious room. Bathroom as well. Average bedding and pillows with only four feathers: a nightmare! Impossible to sleep because of the noise. Cigarette smell in the hallways, therefore in the room. Water leak in the hallway: unpleasant smells and a nuisance. The pool on level -3 matches the photos, but there are a lot of children, so it's not peaceful in the spa. In short, noisy! No rest possible. The breakfast is plentiful and self-service. But the tables are poorly cleaned. A shame."
The American Colony Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World
"Amazing hotel and staff! They male you feel like a part of the family. I strongly recommend the bar with two of the best people running it."
Brown Jerusalem Hotel & Convention Center
"Dit hotel is een echte ramp. Zeer zout. De dienst is niet top en het ontbijt ook. Maar het meest schokkend is dit gebrek aan zuiverheid. Overdreven prijs voor deze plek."
YMCA Three Arches Hotel
"Good place and unique"
St. George Hotel
"*Jerusalem does not belong to Israel*..first of all it needs to change.. Does Tripadvisor show its side like all those who remain silent in this situation? Jerusalem belongs to Palestine. Palestine and everything belonging to it is under occupation."
Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection
"Een nieuw en mooi hotel. In deurzwembad. Nabij het centrum van de stad. - Goed aanbevolen."
The Inbal Jerusalem
"I was very disappointed. We paid 3400 NIS for two nights, and the service was terrible. Upon arrival, I specifically asked if there was a Bet Knesset in the hotel, as this was important to us. They assured me there wasn’t one, so I had no choice but to search for one outside. It was pouring rain, and I ended up walking for hours to find a place to pray. To my shock, I later discovered that the hotel actually does have a Bet Knesset, but the staff either didn’t know or didn’t care to inform me. This lack of basic communication and consideration is unacceptable for a hotel that charges such a premium price. It left me feeling stressed, soaked, and deeply dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for thoughtful service or attention to detail"
Brown Machne Yehuda
"Super"
Cassia Hotel Jerusalem
"I'm very, very disappointed with this hotel. Besides a decent breakfast, I paid to be upgraded, which you should definitely never do as there's no difference. The cleanliness was very average, and the rooms absolutely do not justify the price asked, with empty or broken dispensers in the showers."
SpaceART
"The hotel is small, but very convenient both in location and in terms of accommodations. It's four stops from Jerusalem Train Station on bus #18. The Old City is a 7-10-minute walk away, and Jaffa Street with its cafes and shops is a minute away. The rooms are small, and some even offer capsules, but we had a triple room with a bunk bed. The downstairs bed wasn't really a bed—it was a fold-out sofa that had seen better days. In front of it was a large TV with YouTube. We watched it lying down, without folding the sofa, because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to unfold it for sleeping. Since the hotel is located in the basement, our window was small and dirty, purely for ventilation. The room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a fan, a TV, another sofa, a low table, a bathroom with a shower, and several lighting options. Water from the shower leaks heavily onto the bathroom floor, so be careful! There's no closet, just a coat rack, so it's difficult to organize your things, but we managed. The hotel has a kitchen with a microwave, stove, hot and cold water dispenser, tables, and chairs—a bit cramped, but comfortable. There's a gym downstairs. There's also a small outdoor area with tables and chairs. It's cozy, with lots of modern art. Towels are exchanged upon request. Recommended for travelers who prefer the outdoors to the inside."
Eldan Hotel
"The reception wasn't great."
Ibis Jerusalem City Center
"Very good location, close to everything within walking distance. Impeccable breakfast, perfect service!"
Mamilla View Urban - Boutique Hotel
"It's a self check in place, which means that no "front desk" help exists (eg if you want to leave luggage, or if a fire alarm randomly goes off in the middle of the night and nobody is onsite to take care of it as happened with us, or if you need to ask someone for directions...) there is a guy who is responsive on Whatsapp but that's not the same as someone being there. Room is cute and clean and beds are comfortable and location's very good."
Prima Royale Hotel
"It was written that the price include everything but they charge me 18% extra be careful for this while in other hotels is written the same policy but no need to pay 18% because is included……….."
