"A really fantastic stay in Jackson. This hotel does all of the little things right. From chocolates at night, to the hot apple cider and cookies in the evenings, to the water available anytime all day both as bottled water and glasses of water in the lobby, there are so many little touches that make the stay a step above. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast. The team here is all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet, windows open a little bit, and the HVAC system works well. Would highly recommend and I hope we can return again someday. Perhaps the only suggestion for improvement that we would have is ski shuttle service to Jackson Hole later in the morning, but we understand that for a smaller hotel, it may not be practical to run a shuttle all day."

"The location is amazing! The snow king mountain activities and staff were great. The hotel staff and amenities at the Snow King resort were well below par. The front desk staff were rude, anytime you had a question or needed something they acted like you were bothering them. The amenities- well there weren’t really any. I’m no way does this give a resort vibe!! And you are paying a resort price."

"It’s a huge trap. A hotel that costs more than 4,000 a night is not as good as a Sheraton that costs around 2,000 (lesson: in unfamiliar places, brand chains are more secure) The room is not like a high-end hotel at all. The room facilities are very very old and the lights are dim. Slippers are not provided (neither are they at the front desk! No one ever asks for slippers...) The only good thing is that there is a SPA pool..."

"The hotel has good hardware facilities. It is probably one of the best hotels in the town of Jackson. It probably does not receive many foreign guests, and the service attitude is good. Highly recommended except that the prices are a bit outrageous in peak season."

"We were in Grand View 5020S. It is a lock out from what I could tell. Horrible. Got there, no glasses, no utensils, no knife, some coffee cups and 3 plates. An undercounter fridge that was worthless. 2 decent bathrooms, a living room with no table, just one couch and a bad pair of chairs. No where to enjoy a drink or any light breakfast. The patio was filthy, someone's old hiking shoes and socks on the patio. It was unusable. Here is the worst.,if another party is in the other section of the condo you can here EVERTHING"

"We hadden een prachtige verblijf bij Homewood Suites Jackson 2-day! Het personeel was prachtig, met name Kenny, die zeer inzetbaar en handig was tijdens onze verblijf - kudos aan Kenny! De kamers waren prachtig ingericht, de vuurplek was een mooie aanraking! Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het plein waar u kunt eten en drinken - miss niet de Million Dollar Bar en Restaurant. We zouden dit hotel zeker aanbevelen als u in Jackson bent!"

"Prima hotel, een van de goedkopere in Jackson (maar nog steeds duur). Kamer was best goed, al is er wat sprake van ‘cutting corners’. In en uitchecken doe je zelf, je ziet geen personeel."
