"Dit hotel geboekt vanwege de nabijheid van het nieuwe Frontier Hotel. Verbonden met winkelcentrum, meerdere eetgelegenheden, en het allerbelangrijkste: we voelden ons veilig toen we 's avonds vroeg of laat naar huis liepen. Schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel van conciërge tot receptie. Het zou geweldig zijn als er meer voorzieningen in de kamer waren, zoals slippers? Maar al deze worden verstrekt op extra opladers. Al met al een goed verblijf met mijn vriend!"

"Inchecken was een makkie omdat het bij de receptie op de Club-verdieping gebeurde. Het personeel van de receptie was uitstekend in het helpen van mij om naadloos in te checken en ervoor te zorgen dat mijn bagage naar de hoeksuite werd gestuurd die ik voor mijn verblijf had geboekt. De suite was groot en de meubels waren vrij nieuw. Vooral de slaapkamer was comfortabel en ruim. De badkamer had naast een ligbad een apart toilet en een douchecabine. Het had zelfs een inloopkast. Het was ook netjes en schoon. Bovendien was het personeel van de receptie op de clubverdieping uitstekend en voldeed aan al mijn behoeften en kwam tegemoet aan mijn verzoeken tijdens mijn verblijf. Het hotel ligt een beetje afgelegen, maar het is handig omdat het grenst aan een klein winkelcentrum. Het enige negatieve was dat het uitzicht vanuit mijn suite niet bepaald prettig was, omdat het uitkeek op een verarmde wijk te midden van de opkomende torenflats met appartementen en kantoren in de omgeving. Over het geheel genomen was ik zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf en zal bij mijn terugkeer naar Manilla in de komende twee maanden terugkeren naar het hotel."

"Had one of the best hotel experiences here.... I can't decide where to book and decided to stay here after reading good reviews and we were very happy with our stay... (Booked another room, so don't be surprised if some parts of this review sound familiar 😉) We truly felt the ”alagang Filipino” (Filipino hospitality) throughout our stay—from the moment we arrived until we checked out,... Our room was clean and well-equipped with toiletries, soft towels, bathrobes, disposable slippers, an iron and ironing board, a microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, and complimentary coffee and tea, which were replenished daily..... What I loved the most was the buffet breakfast -- everything we tried was delicious..... it mainly featured Filipino breakfast favorites such as beef tapa, fried dried fish, corned beef, and a variety of pickled side dishes (see the photos for reference),... The rice was always cooked perfectly (just the way I like it😍), and there were consistently two options available—plain rice and a flavored rice that changed daily.... They also had other breakfast options, including Western dishes --- plus they offered eggs cooked to your preference, bacon or iced coffee... The hotel also has a swimming pool open until 9:00 PM and a 24-hour gym,.... My only wish is that the pool was heated --- It rained on and off during our stay, making the water quite cold.... I gave it a try and enjoyed it, although I couldn't stay in for very long because the water was getting too cold (but really depends on your tolerance for cold water)... The reception is located on the 7th floor, and the seating can be limited when there are many guests or events -- it would also be nice to have a waiting area with chairs on the ground floor for guests waiting for their rides... Overall, all the staff were incredibly hospitable, kind, and accommodating -- If you want to experience genuine Filipino hospitality and delicious Filipino food, I highly recommend this hotel✔️👌💯"

"The hotel was recommended to us by my husband’s cousin. We live nearby and went there to celebrate our baby’s 3rd month and my husband’s birthday the next day. The receptionist was very nice, and the lobby was clean. When we arrived in our room, we checked the view first and were impressed by the city view. In three months, it was the first time our baby got such a long sleep, so I would really say the room was perfect. The food made me eat a lot too—super love! We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends. 💛"

"We chose to stay at Harolds during our first visit to Quezon City because of its positive reviews. Initially, we didn't expect much since we planned to spend most of our time out and about. However, we were impressed by the service of front office staff. They were friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing our request for a room change and providing plenty of toiletries and clean towels. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We recommend booking rooms without balconies that are closer to the lift, as that's where the water dispensers are located. The breakfast is satisfactory if you prefer not to venture outside for a quick meal. For a short stay, the location is convenient, offering easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, it provided excellent value for the price. Note: The room size should exclude the balcony, which is unusable and exposed to extreme weather."

The hotel’s location was ideal for all of us, especially since we were attending the same event. The water dispensers located near the lifts on every floor were also appreciated for their convenience. Breakfast the next morning was decent, with a selection that leaned toward Filipino dishes, which they enjoyed. It was a satisfying start to the day before checking out. Overall, their one-night stay was pleasant and comfortable, and it complemented my own experience at the hotel very well.
