The facilities are okay. The bedroom is spacious enough for two. The bathroom has water heater and bidet with strong water pressure. Wi-Fi signal is good 24 hours. The staffs and cleaners are accomodating. They are strict with the guests so it's good for security. The TV is TCL and has good signal. There's also a big mirror in the ceiling hehe the wall image design is awkward but not a concern. Overall it's good for its price 💯

Enjoyed our stay. Easy to access and near shopping malls. Highly recommended.

rooms are better fir 1 person. feels like prison cell.Cubed,no exhaused. Not for me i think. Food orders take forever,too. I didnt finished my booking bcoz i just can't stand the prison feeling. Not even a fake windows here.

1-Week Stay at Harts Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay. In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance. Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay. In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.

Comfort rroom is not to comfort you, door lock is not to locked you, bed is not for you to feel asleep,. Building is shaking ., idk why: . U now decide okay.

The best thing that the Staffs are nice. if you are going to live in this hotel then take your girl with you otherwise you will be bored.
