Alino Hotel

Had one of the best hotel experiences here.... I can't decide where to book and decided to stay here after reading good reviews and we were very happy with our stay... (Booked another room, so don't be surprised if some parts of this review sound familiar 😉) We truly felt the "alagang Filipino" (Filipino hospitality) throughout our stay—from the moment we arrived until we checked out,... Our room was clean and well-equipped with toiletries, soft towels, bathrobes, disposable slippers, an iron and ironing board, a microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, and complimentary coffee and tea, which were replenished daily..... What I loved the most was the buffet breakfast -- everything we tried was delicious..... it mainly featured Filipino breakfast favorites such as beef tapa, fried dried fish, corned beef, and a variety of pickled side dishes (see the photos for reference),... The rice was always cooked perfectly (just the way I like it😍), and there were consistently two options available—plain rice and a flavored rice that changed daily.... They also had other breakfast options, including Western dishes --- plus they offered eggs cooked to your preference, bacon or iced coffee... The hotel also has a swimming pool open until 9:00 PM and a 24-hour gym,.... My only wish is that the pool was heated --- It rained on and off during our stay, making the water quite cold.... I gave it a try and enjoyed it, although I couldn't stay in for very long because the water was getting too cold (but really depends on your tolerance for cold water)... The reception is located on the 7th floor, and the seating can be limited when there are many guests or events -- it would also be nice to have a waiting area with chairs on the ground floor for guests waiting for their rides... Overall, all the staff were incredibly hospitable, kind, and accommodating -- If you want to experience genuine Filipino hospitality and delicious Filipino food, I highly recommend this hotel✔️👌💯

Clean bedroom, great service, warm staff, good Filipino breakfast, good pool for little kids, bathroom has clothes line to hang swimsuits, has plenty of drinking water in-room, dental and vanity kit provided, slippers and bathrobes are available

Great pinoy ambiance the kidz enjoy the swimming pool Food was great the room is big. The staff are very accommodating 100% will come back. It's very near at the heart of Quezon City. I recommend this for a family staycation

Now I understand why this hotel is rated 10/10. After experiencing worse service from pricier hotels in QC, I didn't expect much. This place proved me wrong. Try staying here and experience for yourself why it's so highly rated.

Employees are very approachable and they are really good. Also the place is very neat and clean!! Perfect for family or friends

the shower area's drainage is clogged so it ended up flooding the whole rest room. We requested for a room service to address the issue but it never came. During our night's stay, we requested for an extra blanket because the room was extremely cold-- the house keeping responded "ilan po ba kayo sa room?" we responded " 2", " sakto lang po kumot sa 2 tao" -- we were not accomodated :-)

I’am super satisfied with our stay.. Alino is a good hotel near schools, hospitals, restaurants.. a convenient location.. Very clean.. The hotel staff are all kind and welcoming.. The breakfast is also good.. They serve filipino dishes.. You are truly Alagang Filipino over your stay here..

The room and breakfast . Good choices . For it was good place and distance to airport and arena . Breakfast was nice like the bacon abd rolls with cheese in it . not forgetting the Cornbeef . Awesome

We recently stayed for 8 nights at Alino in their Premium Queen room, we were in the city for our holiday visiting friends and family. What we liked: - Room is clean since its a brand new hotel - caring and attentive staff -- really living up to its name which is Alagang Filipino. - there is an available Laundromat so you can do your own laundry wash and dry with a fee per load - their Filipino breakfast is great for esp for OFWs, option for in room dining and continental or american breakfast for foreigners - they are very open to hearing feedback and try their best to address these. What we hope for improvement - the drive way: cars exiting, esp lower cars, the bumper of cars skid as they exit and damages the cars - our room was near the elevator, so we had trouble sleeping in as we can hear everything that happens outside the room including the elevator sounds and all people coming in and out of the floor. - consider adding elevator and hallway perfume Other than that, we think we have found the best place to stay everytime we come and visit the city.
