Hotels in Trincomalee met Wifi

"色々とありすぎましたが、総合的にスタッフは皆とても一生懸命で優しくて良い人たちでした！ まず、Trip.comで予約していた4泊分の予約がチェックイン時に予約されていなかった様子。スタッフはたくさんいるのですが英語で問題なく意思疎通できるスタッフが2人くらいしかおらず毎回なかなかその2人に当たらない笑。 バタバタと部屋に案内されるもエアコンのリモコンが見当たらず、ちょうどスタッフがタオルを持ってきてくれて(恐らく急いで提供した部屋だったので準備が完璧ではない部屋だったのかな？)そのタイミングでリモコンをお願いすると比較的すぐ持ってきてくれました。wi-fiパスワードが電話に手書きで書いてあるがかすれて読めずまたスタッフを探して聞く笑。 お湯が出ると思っていたら常温(始めちょっと冷たいけど頑張って浴びているとなぜかだんだんあったかくなってる気がする不思議、でも温度は全く同じだった笑)で水圧もかなり弱い。スタッフにお願いするも温度は恐らくどうにもならない模様。水圧だけでもとお願いしたら少しだけ良くなりました。ただ次の日の夜になるとまた水圧が弱いので4日間毎日シャワー前に水圧を調整してもらうようお願いをしていた。水圧チェックを確かめに来る時にスタッフが靴のままバスマットにのり、水で靴も濡れてる為、バスマットが黒く… 2日連続これをされたので、水圧良くなったのでチェックはも大丈夫ですーとこちらから伝えた。文化の違いかもしれないけどやはりゲストのバスマットが黒くなるのとか気にしないのかな。 Trip.com (***********も同様) に載っていたランドリーサービス、自転車無料貸出、両替などは全てなかったです笑 ロケーションは海の目の前で気持ちいいです。町中までも歩いて10〜20分で着きますが、私は夜の野良犬が怖すぎて(昼は寝ててのんびりしているのに夜はスーパーアクティブ..)毎回トゥクトゥクを使わざるをえなかったです。 ホテル自体は悪くないですが、やはりシャワーだけがどうしても気になりました。あと停電は毎日頻繁におこりました。(特に困りはしなかったですが長い時で数時間笑) スタッフは本当にみんな問題を解決しようと必死で要望を聞いてくれようとします。とても穏やかでフレンドリーでハニカミ笑顔をいつもしてくれます笑 ただ英語が結構弱いので根気強く伝えるのが必要です。"

"De omgeving en locatie van het hotel zijn erg goed, maar de service is niet goed. Vooral het restaurantpersoneel is erg onvriendelijk. De houding van de zaalwacht is niet goed en ze discrimineren Chinezen. Er gebeurden ook een paar vervelende dingen tijdens de maaltijd, wat onze stemming beïnvloedde. We hadden een buffetdiner in het hotel. Voorheen werd het buffetdiner in Sri Lankaanse hotels samen met de kamerprijs afgerekend. Sommige restaurants moeten een paar dagen na de reis ook apart worden afgerekend, maar dan brengen ze je halverwege de maaltijd de rekening en vertellen je dat. Dit restaurant is goed, er is veel bedienend personeel, geen service, en ze vullen je water niet bij of iets dergelijks. Niemand bracht de rekening halverwege en aan het einde van onze maaltijd. We dachten dat de kamerprijs in rekening werd gebracht, dus we vertrokken natuurlijk. Toen hield de ober ons in paniek tegen, alsof hij een dief achtervolgde, en riep dat we niet hadden betaald. Het was erg onbeleefd. Niemand wilde opzettelijk niet betalen, maar het gedrag en de uitingen waren zeer discriminerend tegenover Chinezen en het was erg frustrerend. Bovendien probeert het bedienend personeel je alleen maar aan te sporen om wijn of andere drankjes te kopen (het Sri Lankaanse buffet serveert geen drankjes). We bestelden limonade, maar ze vertelden me dat het niet beschikbaar was. Ik zei dat mineraalwater prima was, omdat ik echt geen zin had in drankjes, en toen vertelden ze me dat het ook niet beschikbaar was (ik had duidelijk gezien dat de ober eerder mineraalwater aan een tafel met blanken bracht, pure discriminatie). Uiteindelijk dacht ik dat de ober misschien geld moest verdienen, dus bestelde ik drie glazen sap. Maar het proces was erg onaangenaam. Dit is het enige hotel waar we een recensie over willen schrijven na in zoveel hotels te hebben verbleven, juist vanwege deze onaangename ervaringen."

"Welcome to Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with great swimming pool. Hotel is close to the beach, you can walk there very fast. Service was good, friendly and kind staff with great English language skills. My friend and she's family really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Swimming pool, also to childrens pool was very nice size and well maintained, very clean water and surrounding."

"Отель хороший, номер небольшой, есть телевизор, фен,чайник. Нет холодильника,если кому-то нужно. К отелю нет претензий. Но,отель утверждает,что он и не размещали рекламу на Трип.ком. У нас был оплачен номер с завтраками, но они показали моё бронирование от Експедии,и так был указал только номер. Без завтраков. Это недоразумение испортило все впечатление от отдыха. Получается,что мы заплатили Трип.ком за завтраки, которые нам не предоставил отель,т.к.Експедия указала только номер без завтрака. Очень неприятно!"

"Awesome hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and we liked it very much. We never regretted choosing this place. The main dignity of this hotel attitude towards the guests. The owner of the hotel a local resident who sincerely cared for his guests and tried to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Here you really feel the real hospitality. All staff are very polite, kind and attentive. Staff are always ready to help with any matter: to call tuck, to tell interesting and beautiful places, to help organize a trip, to agree on something or solve the home issue. The owner was always ready to help and give advice. He even showed us the neighborhood free of charge and rolled around the area a little, for which he was a separate thank you. The room has everything you need for comfortable accommodation: hot water showers, fan, twig, air conditioner and fan. Bedding and towels were clean. Bed large and comfortable. The room was clean, no insects or other animals we noticed. Despite the convenient location, the night was quiet. The rooms are quite far from the road, so the noise of the transportation does not prevent rest. The hotel is very close to the ocean. To most of the sights, interesting places and activities in the area, you can reach the area in about 15 minutes on the tuck-tuck. I would like to celebrate the food everything was delicious. We felt very comfortable and calm here. Thanks a lot to the owner and the whole team for the care and the wonderful time we spent here. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants not to just stay, but to feel the real hospitality of Sri Lanka's locals. We would be happy to stay here again!"

"Отель в общем нам понравился, но соседская собака.. она лает просто так и ночью плохо спит.. В комнате кондиционер и вентилятор. При заезде в номере была вода, но по продлению ее не добавляют. Через трип ком завтраки платные, 1000руп на двоих, нам не понравился первый, больше не просили. Жить можно)"

The staff at the Sunstar Hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that all of our needs were met throughout our stay.
